LOG-LIKE BLOCK FOR A GAS BURNER AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
A log-like block for a gas burner is provided. The block having a pipe with a distal part at least partially made of flexible material and associated with at least one distal end of the pipe, and a pipe proximal part associated with a proximal end of the pipe. The block further includes a passage with shape and dimensions corresponding to those of the distal part. The distal part being built-in the passage so that the distal end is closed therein and the distal part is incapable of being moved relative to the passage. The proximal part being configured to be brought into gas communication with a gas supply source. The block further comprises a pipe outlet opening formed in the pipe distal part, exposed to an exterior of the block so as to allow gas to exit the pipe through the opening.

Systems, methods, and devices are provided herein for burners. In one aspect, a burner is provided comprising at least one air pipe; at least one fuel pipe; a plurality of groups of mixing units disposed at a downstream end of the burner, wherein each of the plurality of groups of mixing units is arranged coaxially and adjacent to one another, and each group of mixing units comprises at least one fuel channel connected to the at least one fuel pipe and at least one air channel connected to the at least one air pipe, wherein an outlet of the at least one fuel channel and an outlet of the at least one air channel are angled at a certain degree relative to one another such that the fuel flowing out of the outlet of the at least one fuel channel is mixed with the air flowing out of the outlet of the at least one air channel, thereby achieving multiple-stage mixing of the air and fuel.

A gas burner for cooking appliances, having overlapping main flame and simmering flame rings, includes an injector holder assembly associated with a first and a second injector and positioned below a cooktop opening; and a head assembly associated at the top with the injector holder assembly and positioned above the cooktop opening, the head assembly having a first chamber communicating with the first injector and with doors for ejecting the gas and primary air mixture supplied to the main flame ring, and a second chamber communicating with the second injector and with a passageway for ejecting the gas and primary air mixture supplied to the simmering flame ring. The second chamber communicates with a through opening in the outer side walls of the head assembly to receive primary air from above the cooktop, and the head assembly completely seals the cooktop opening where the gas burner is to be installed.
Dual-fuel fuel nozzle with gas and liquid fuel capability
The present disclosure is directed to a dual-fuel fuel nozzle that includes a center body having a tube shape and a gas fuel plenum defined within the center body. The duel-fuel fuel nozzle also includes a ring manifold defining a liquid fuel plenum disposed within the center body. The duel-fuel fuel nozzle further includes a plurality of radially oriented fuel injectors in fluid communication with the liquid fuel plenum. Additionally, the duel-fuel fuel nozzle includes an inner fuel tube extending axially within the center body. A portion of the inner fuel tube extends helically about an axial centerline of the center body. The inner fuel tube is in fluid communication with an axially oriented fuel injector. Furthermore, the duel-fuel fuel nozzle includes first fuel tube extending helically around a portion of the inner fuel tube within the center body. The first fuel tube is fluidly coupled to the fuel plenum.

The object of the present invention is to provide a burner which is capable of decreasing the amount of NOx emission and heating the object to be heated uniformly with excellent heat transfer efficiency when heating the object to be heated while oscillating the flame by self-induced oscillation, and a method for heating using a burner, and the present invention provides a burner including a center fluid ejection outlet 2 having a sectional fan shape in which an interval between a pair of side walls 63a and 63b gradually expands toward a downstream side, a pair of openings 62a and 62b provided on side walls 61 of a fluid ejection flow path 6 on an upstream side of the central fluid ejection port 2 and communicated by a communication pipe 7, a first peripheral fluid ejection outlet arranged around the center fluid ejection outlet, a second peripheral fluid ejection outlet is arranged at a position at which a distance between a center thereof and a center of the center fluid ejection outlet is larger than a distance between a center of the first peripheral fluid ejection outlet and the center of the center fluid ejection outlet, and in a direction orthogonal to an expanding direction of the center fluid ejection outlet, and a third peripheral fluid ejection outlet is arranged at a position at which a distance between a center thereof and the center of the center fluid ejection outlet is larger than the distance between the center of the second peripheral fluid ejection outlet and the center of the center fluid ejection outlet, and in the direction orthogonal to the expanding direction of the center fluid ejection outlet.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR BUILDING ORNAMENTAL FLAME DISPLAYS
A burner system includes a plurality of burners each including a nipple that is brass and a jet that is brass. The nipple in at least some of the burners has a first end that is open and a second end that is closed. The nipple has a side wall between the first end and the second end. The side wall defines a bore that extends through the first end to the second end. The first end, second end, and side wall of the nipple are of integral, one piece, construction free of joints. The nipple hole extending through the side wall and the jet is engaged with the hole.

The present invention relates to a burner head of a burner for a gas cooktop, a burner, and a gas cooktop. The burner head includes a plurality of supports, where each support includes a support surface for supporting a cooking utensil, the support is further provided with a plurality of gas ports from which gas flows out and forms a flame, and each support has a first working position and a second working position. When the supports are in the first working position, the burner head has a flat upper surface and the support surfaces of the supports constitute the upper surface; and when the supports are in the second working position, the burner head has a concave surface, and the support surfaces of the supports constitute the concave surface. In the present invention, the shape of the burner head is changeable, so as to adapt to cooking utensils having different bottom outlines.
Dual-fuel fuel nozzle with air shield
The present disclosure is directed to a dual-fuel fuel nozzle including a center body having a tube shape and a gas fuel plenum defined within the center body. The fuel nozzle also includes a plurality of turning vanes extending radially outward from the center body. Each turning vane includes at least one fuel port in fluid communication with the gas fuel plenum. A plurality of apertures is disposed through the plurality of turning vanes. The fuel nozzle further includes a ring manifold disposed within the center body downstream of the plurality of turning vanes. Additionally, the fuel nozzle includes a first fuel tube extending helically around a centerline of the center body. Furthermore, the fuel nozzle includes an air shield disposed within the center body and extending circumferentially around the first fuel tube.
