A burner of a gas stove includes a burner body, a partition member, and at least one flame cover. The burner body includes an inlet portion and a base. The inlet portion has at least one inlet passage for injecting gas and air, and the base has at least one mixture passage for mixing the gas and the air. The at least one mixture passage communicates with the at least one inlet passage. The partition member has a plurality of through holes and covers the at least one mixture passage. The at least one flame cover has a plurality of flame holes and covers the partition member. Whereby, the size of the burner of the gas stove could be reduced significantly, and the gas could mix with the air effectively and uniformly.

An injet for a gas burner includes a first gas orifice and a second gas orifice. An injet body defines an air passage and a gas passage. The first and second gas orifices are mounted to the injet body. A pneumatically actuated gas valve blocks a flow of gaseous fuel through the gas passage to the second gas orifice in a closed configuration. The pneumatically actuated gas valve is configured to adjust from the closed configuration to an open configuration in response to a flow of air through the air passage. A flow restriction body is disposed upstream of the pneumatically actuated gas valve. The flow restriction body defines a through hole via which air is flowable to pneumatically actuated gas valve.

Multi-level gas burner having ultra low simmer

A cooking appliance is provided, including a multi-level gas burner with a body having a lower burner section on a lower side and an upper burner section on an upper side. The lower burner section is separated from the upper burner section. The lower side of the body has a first injection point for receiving a first air-gas mixture for the lower burner section and a second injection point for receiving a second air-gas mixture for the upper burner section. The first injection point is partitioned from the second injection point thereby separating the first air-gas mixture from the second air-gas mixture. The body includes a passageway fluidly connecting the second injection point on the lower side of the body to the upper burner section on the upper side of the body.
