BOOSTED GAS BURNER ASSEMBLY WITH PULSE ATTENUATION
A gas burner assembly is provided which includes an air pump that supplies a flow of air into a boost fuel chamber for mixing with a flow of boost fuel before being combusted and directed through a plurality of boost flame ports. An accumulator is positioned between the air pump and the boost burner such that the flow of air passes though the accumulator, thereby dampening pulsations or surges from the air pump before entering the boost fuel chamber.
Fuel supply system for a gas burner assembly
A fuel supply system for a gas burner assembly includes an eductor for providing a mixed flow of fuel into a fuel chamber of the gas burner assembly. The eductor includes a suction chamber defining a suction inlet, a motive nozzle positioned within the suction chamber, and an eductor outlet positioned proximate an inlet to the fuel chamber. A fuel supply provides a first flow of fuel through a first fuel supply conduit to the suction inlet and a second flow of fuel through a second fuel supply conduit to the motive nozzle. A fuel pump is operably coupled to the second fuel supply conduit for increasing a pressure of the second flow of fuel such that the second flow generates a negative pressure within the suction chamber to increase the first flow of fuel.
Method of converting a burner with a dual use pot to single flow
A burner has a dual use pot whereby the pot can be machined to provide for single flow control to inner and outer flame rings (directly related to each other) as a single flow configuration or maintained in a dual flow configuration whereby a user can separately control flow to inner and outer flame rings (independently related to one another). A lateral passage is fed from an inlet to feed outer flames while a transverse passage possibly elevationally displaced from the transverse passage for some embodiments can feed the inner ring. The lateral and transverse passages are joined to be in fluid communication through the method taught herein.
Gas burner with multiple rings of flames for cooking hobs
A multi flame-ring gas burner for cooktops includes a lower burner body configured to receive at least two injectors facing Venturi ducts; a first burner base with a first cap and with openings for a central flame ring; and a second burner base with a second annular cap and openings for an outer annular flame ring. The lower burner body has a seat for a spark plug interacting with the first burner base; two cylindrical seats having substantially horizontal and parallel axes accommodating two tubular elements internally shaped like linear Venturi ducts; and a substantially tubular portion projecting upward, the first burner base being integral with the projecting tubular portion. An injector-holder unit is applicable to the lower burner body and has two portions that are removably insertable into corresponding through holes in the lower burner body and facing the tubular elements internally shaped like linear Venturi ducts.
GAS BURNER ARRANGEMENT AND HOB COMPRISING A GAS BURNER ARRANGEMENT
The invention relates to a gas burner arrangement comprising: a gas burner (2) with at least three burner sections (2.1, 2.2, 2.3); a gas tap (3) comprising at least one gas inlet (3.1) coupled with a gas supply line (4) and two gas outlets (3.2, 3.3); a divider entity (5) comprising a divider inlet (5.1) and two or more divider outlets (5.2, 5.3); an on/off valve (6) adapted to open/close a gas line; wherein a first burner section (2.1) is coupled with a first gas outlet (3.2) of the gas tap (3), wherein the second gas outlet (3.3) of the gas tap (3) is coupled with the divider inlet (5.1), wherein a first divider outlet (5.2) is coupled with a second burner section (2.2), wherein the second divider outlet (5.3) is at least indirectly coupled with an inlet (6.1) of the on/off valve (6) and the outlet (6.2) of the on/off valve (6) is coupled with the third burner section (2.3).
System of gas burners, in particular for a cooking top for household use
The present device relates to a system of gas burners, in particular for a cooking top for household use and including a pair of substantially concentric burners. The pair of burners including an outer burner equipped with a first base, a first burner body and a first flame divider, and an inner burner equipped with a second base, a second burner body and a second flame divider. The present device is characterized in that the first base of the outer burner and the second base of the inner burner are made from a metallic sheet that is shaped by deep drawing.
Gas burner with multiple rings of flames having two parallel venturis, one above the other
A gas burner with multiple rings of flames, suitable for mounting on a top plate of a cooking appliance in particular for household use. The top plate extends substantially in a plate plane. The gas burner includes a central burner having a ring of peripheral flames and at least one annular burner having at least one ring of peripheral flames. The annular burner surrounds the central burner. The gas burner also includes a burner body suitable for attachment to the top plate. The burner body includes at least a first gas inlet communicating with a first gas injector situated facing a first convergent-divergent pipe forming a Venturi tube. The first pipe has an axis substantially parallel to said plate plane. The first pipe extends over at least the greater portion of a transverse extension of the burner body. The first pipe is, at its end opposite to the first gas injector, in communication with a shaft substantially perpendicular to the axis of the first pipe. The shaft is open at the top and adapted to supply the annular burner with an air/gas mixture. The burner body includes a second pipe forming a Venturi tube, its axis parallel to the axis of the first pipe and situated above the first pipe. The second pipe has one end in communication with an opening at the top of the burner body, adapted to supply the central burner with an air/gas mixture.
