A burner arrangement (1), for a mobile heater operated with liquid fuel, is provided; having a combustion chamber (2) for converting fuel with combustion air in a flaming combustion, which combustion chamber (2) extends along a longitudinal axis (Z) in a main flow direction (H); a pre-mixing chamber (3), which is arranged fluidicly upstream of the combustion chamber (2), for generating a fuel-combustion air-mixture, which pre-mixing chamber (3) comprises a side wall (4); a fuel evaporation surface (O) arranged in the pre-mixing chamber; a fuel supply (10) for supplying liquid fuel; and a first combustion air supply (6) having a swirl body (7) for supplying a combustion air flow into the pre-mixing chamber (3) with a swirl such that the combustion air is guided along the fuel evaporation surface (O) with a tangential flow component. A neck portion (5) is formed at a transition from the pre-mixing chamber (3) to the combustion chamber (2) at which the flow cross-section abruptly widens in the main flow direction (H).

A pre-mix burner apparatus includes a burner having a generally cylindrical burner surface, the burner having a generally circular burner inlet at one end of the burner, the burner inlet having an inlet diameter. A flow distribution member is arranged to distribute flow of fuel and air mixture into the burner. The flow distribution member includes a closed axially central portion configured to block flow of fuel and air mixture axially centrally into the burner. The flow distribution member includes a plurality of vanes extending radially outward from the closed axially central portion. The vanes are configured to generate a swirling flow of fuel and air mixture flowing past the vanes into the burner.

SMOKE REMOVAL DEVICE

A smoke removal device, which can burn the particulates in the smoke efficiently, includes a tube body and a combustion unit. The combustion unit is provided in the tube body and includes a main body, a gas pipeline, and a lighter. The main body is located at a first end of the tube body. A smoke passage is formed between a periphery of the main body and an inner wall of the tube body, and the smoke enters the smoke removal device through the smoke passage. The main body has a central passage therethrough, where a fuel gas is ignited. The fuel gas is guided to the central passage through the gas pipeline and then ignited by the lighter to burn the smoke particulates passing through the smoke passage.

The outer passage is radially between the inner wall and the outer wall. The inner passage is radially within the inner wall. The fuel nozzle projects into the inner passage. The fuel nozzle includes a plurality of fuel outlets and a plurality of air outlets. The fuel outlets are axially aligned with the inner wall. The air outlets are axially upstream of and radially outboard of the fuel outlets.
