FUEL NOZZLE SYSTEM
A fuel nozzle system is made available, which is arranged essentially in circular manner and is set up in such a manner that it produces a homogeneous leaner mixture on at least one outer ring and a homogeneous richer mixture on at least one inner ring, in particular a fuel/oxidizer mixture.
GAS MANIFOLD
A gas manifold allows each distribution chamber to be fed with fuel gas at an appropriate flow rate irrespective of an increase in the number of distribution chambers included in the gas manifold. A gas manifold distributes fuel gas flowing in through an inlet to a plurality of distribution chambers through a main channel. The main channel includes a flow guide that guides the fuel gas toward a maximum distribution chamber and reduces the fuel gas flowing into other distribution chambers. This allows fuel gas at a sufficient flow rate to be fed more easily to the maximum distribution chamber than to the other distribution chambers for a larger number of distribution chambers included in the gas manifold, allowing the plurality of distribution chambers to be fed with fuel gas at appropriate flow rates.
GAS MANIFOLD
A gas manifold allows each distribution chamber to be fed with fuel gas at an appropriate flow rate irrespective of an increase in the number of distribution chambers included in the gas manifold. Fuel gas flowing through in an inlet is distributed to a plurality of distribution chambers through a main channel. A bypass channel parallel with the main channel also feeds fuel gas to a maximum distribution chamber. This can prevent the feeding of the fuel gas to the maximum distribution chamber from being affected by and reduced by the feeding of the fuel gas to the bypassed distribution chambers. This also prevent the feeding of the fuel gas to the other distribution chambers from being affected by and reduced by the feeding of the fuel gas to the maximum distribution chamber. The plurality of distribution chambers are thus fed with fuel gas at appropriate flow rates.
Low NOx burner and flow momentum enhancing device
A flow momentum enhancing device having an airfoil shape is used in a new or refurbished burner to increase the momentum of the burner combustion air stream and create a reduced pressure region which pulls inert products of combustion into the combustion process. The inert products of combustion mix with the burner air and/or fuel streams to lower the peak flame temperature of the burner and provide reduced NO.sub.x production.
GAS DISTRIBUTION ASSEMBLY AND WATER-HEATING DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
The present disclosure provides a gas distribution assembly and a water-heating device including the same. The gas distribution assembly for distributing a gas to a plurality of burners includes a manifold unit detachably assembled to an outer surface of a combustion chamber in which the plurality of burners are received, the manifold unit including a plurality of gas nozzles that eject the gas to gas inlets of the burners through an opening of the combustion chamber, and a gas supply unit that is assembled to the manifold unit so as to be separable and that supplies, to the manifold unit, the gas introduced into the gas supply unit. The manifold unit is separated from the combustion chamber and the gas supply unit as needed for replacement.
Gas burner for strong air flow
A gas burner includes a burner pipe, in which gas is supplied and which is provided with a row of linearly arranged perforations that allow the gas through to a burner chamber, and an ignition mechanism to ignite the gas electrically. The burner pipe is provided on the inside with a gas distribution pipe in order to evenly distribute the gas supply over the entire row of perforations, and the burner chamber is surrounded by a premounted air chamber, which is connected to the burner chamber by means of air slots, whereby the air slots are oblique with respect to the longitudinal axis of the burner pipe at an angle between 10 and 80, and whereby the air supply through the air slots is controlled by a device that blows in or draws in air through the premounted air chamber.
BURNER AND WATER HEATER
Provided are a burner and a water heater. The burner comprises multiple flame splitters, and each of the flame splitters is provided with at least three ejector pipes, and the multiple flame splitters are arranged parallel to one another; a fastener penetrates through the multiple flame splitters and connects the multiple flame splitters into a flame row; and compressing members are arranged at end parts where the fastener extends relative to the flame row, and the compressing members compress the flame row. The burner is integrally installed, easy to operate and firmly fixed, the combustion intensity can also be increased, the emission of nitrogen oxides is reduced, and the safety of use is ensured.
Outdoor gas heater
The present invention discloses an outdoor gas heater, comprising an outer cover, an outer cover side baffle, a gas injection pipe, a ceramic burner, a body box, a control box connecting support frame, a control box sealing plate, a control box, a wall-mounted bracket and a long open a flame connecting pipe. Four ceramic burners are fixed side by side in the body box, a gas injection pipe is fixed on the lower side of the body box, and a gas injection pipe is sealingly connected to the four ceramic burners; the outer open end of the body box is locked to the outer cover, and the side of the body box opposite to the outer opening thereof is locked to the control box connecting support frame. The control box connecting support frame is a U-shaped structure, and side wall of which is locked on both sides of the control box, and the outer side opening of the control box is locked to the control box sealing plate; the side of the control box opposite to the outer opening is locked to the wall-mounted bracket. The structure is reasonable in design and convenient to use, and its installation and use is very convenient and safety is greatly improved; moreover, it can save energy and maintain the demand for power supply for a long time.
Gas tap for a gas burner, and a gas cooking appliance incorporating said gas tap
A gas tap for a gas burner that includes a gas inlet conduit for the entry of gas at a nominal pressure, at least one outlet conduit suitable for conducting gas to the burner through an outlet hole, and a rotating regulating element for regulating the incoming gas flow from the inlet conduit to the outlet conduit. The outlet conduit conducting a variable flow rate gas flow to the outlet hole when the regulating element rotates along an angular path. The gas tap also includes at least one constant flow outlet conduit for conducting a minimum constant flow rate gas flow (Qc) at nominal pressure (Pn) to the burner through a constant flow outlet hole when the regulating element rotates along the angular path.
