Garbage supply device
A garbage supply device, which supplies waste to a gasification furnace that gasifies waste, includes a casing, two feed screws provided in the casing, and a middle shaft that is provided between the two supply screws, has a plurality of protrusions, and is repeatedly rotated forward or backward.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IMPROVED BIOHAZARD WASTE DESTRUCTION
Systems and methods that comprise scanning, using a camera on a mobile electronic device, a target item coupled to a heating device. The heating device comprises: a transceiver that receives commands for controlling operations of the heating device to dispose of biohazard waste; and a target item that is coupled to or presented by the heating device, and includes heating device identification data. The methods also comprise: obtaining, using a mobile communication device including a circuit, the heating device identification data from the target item; accessing the heating device using the heating device identification data; and causing a graphical user interface to be presented that enables user-software interactions for communicating the commands from the mobile communication device to the heating device.
Method and apparatus for gasification of organic waste
The gasifier operates to mix a start up heat source with crude syngas combustion for driving gasification of waste. Combustion flue gas can be maintained above 650 C. until reaching a quench to prevent formation of dioxins. Excess heat is liberated through a heat recovery unit. The gasifier can operate in a batch mode to process small batches of waste efficiently for small installations, such as ships, apartment buildings, hospitals and residences.
Thermal regenerative fluid processing apparatus
A regenerative thermal oxidizer assembly includes a first housing member and a second housing member. The first housing member defines a regenerative portion and a combustion chamber. The second housing member defines an inlet chamber and an outlet chamber. A regenerator is disposed within the regenerative portion of the first housing member and defines a central axial opening extending to the combustion chamber. A thermal element extends through the axial opening to the combustion chamber for providing heat to the combustion chamber for initiating combustion inside the combustion chamber. The first housing member is rotatable around an axis defined by the axial opening relative to the second housing member for rotating the regenerator relative to the inlet chamber and the outlet chamber.
System and method for remote monitoring and control of landfill and recycling operations
A system and method for remote monitoring and control of landfill and recycling operations provide an intelligent centralized platform for remote, real-time industrial data gathering and process control for management of landfill and recycling operations such as leachate, gas, water and other liquids. The system and method can directly upload machine data (such as liquid volumes, flows, level, equipment runtime, sorter data, status, etc.) into a centralized platform. This data can be used for analytics and automation of processes and equipment control.
Method and apparatus for the treatment of waste material
A method and an apparatus for treating comminuted waste material the method comprising: a) heating comminuted waste material in a heating chamber (28) using one or more heating means (40a-f) to generate a combustible gas b) measuring or determining the temperature in the heating chamber; c) comparing the measured or determined temperature in the heating chamber (28) with a predetermined temperature range; and d) adjusting the amount of heat applied by the one or more heating means (40a-f) to the heating chamber (28) to maintain the temperature in the heating chamber within the predetermined temperature range.

Methods for controlling the temperature of an incinerator
A method for controlling a temperature of an incinerator may include determining a flow rate of a gas stream. The gas stream may be being passed from a sulfur recovery system to the incinerator. The method may include adjusting a target temperature of the incinerator. The target temperature of the incinerator is proportional to the flow rate of the gas stream. The method may include determining a temperature of the incinerator and adjusting the flow rate of a fuel gas being passed to the incinerator such that the temperature of the incinerator approaches the target temperature of the incinerator.
Thermal oxidization systems and methods with greenhouse gas capture
A thermal oxidizer employing an oxidation mixer, an oxidation chamber, a retention chamber and a heat dissipater forming a fluid flow path for thermal oxidation of a waste gas. In operation, the oxidation mixer facilitates a combustible mixture of the waste gas and an oxidant into an combustible waste gas stream, the oxidation chamber facilitates a primary combustion reaction of the combustible waste gas stream into an oxygenated waste gas stream, the retention chamber facilitates a secondary combustion reaction of the oxygenated waste gas stream into oxidized gases and the heat dissipator reduces the temperature of the flow of oxidized gases within the heat dissipator, which is communicated to a greenhouse gas processor that extracts greenhouse gas(es) from the vaporized oxidized gases. The greenhouse gas processor may condensate the greenhouse gas(es), acid neutralize the condensation of the greenhouse gas(es), and capture the acid neutralization of the condensation of the greenhouse gas(es).
THERMAL OXIDIZATION SYSTEMS AND METHODS WITH GREENHOUSE GAS CAPTURE
A thermal oxidizer including an oxidation mixer, an oxidation chamber, and a retention chamber forming a fluid flow path for thermal oxidation of a waste gas. The thermal oxidizer also includes first and second electric heating elements. In operation, the first and second electric heating elements pre-heat portions of the thermal oxidizer. Once a threshold temperature has been reached, the oxidation mixer facilitates a combustible mixture of the waste gas and an oxidant into an combustible waste gas stream, the oxidation chamber facilitates a primary combustion reaction of the combustible waste gas stream into an oxygenated waste gas stream, the retention chamber facilitates a secondary combustion reaction of the oxygenated waste gas stream into oxidized gases and the heat dissipator reduces the temperature of the flow of oxidized gases within the heat dissipator.
