RURAL BULK ORGANIC WASTE POLLUTANT SOURCE COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
A rural bulk organic waste pollutant source comprehensive treatment system including a solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation reactor, a liquid high-temperature aerobic fermentation reactor and a multifunctional boiler is provided. A rural bulk organic waste pollutant source comprehensive treatment method. For excretion waste of a livestock farm adopting the technology of manure cleaning by urine submerging, a solid-liquid separation is firstly performed thereto, wherein solid is conveyed to the solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation reactor and fermented to produce solid organic fertilizers, and liquid is conveyed to the liquid high-temperature aerobic fermentation reactor and fermented to produce liquid organic fertilizers. For dry collection manure of a livestock and poultry farm, carbon-containing auxiliary materials, residues left after dead animals and household waste being incinerated by the multifunctional boiler, and ash generated by straw burning are added thereto, and then the mixture is conveyed to the solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation reactor and fermented to produce solid organic fertilizers. Exhaust fume and hot water produced by the multifunctional boiler pass through the solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation reactor and the liquid high-temperature aerobic fermentation reactor to heat the reactors and keep the reactors warm.
Mobile Biomass Harvester with Guidance System
A mobile platform comprises a header, a biomass processor, and a guidance system. The header is configured to harvest biomass. The biomass processor is configured to compact the biomass into a multitude of compressed biomass pieces. The guidance system is configured to guide the mobile platform at a speed determined by the operating capacity of the mobile platform.
Pneumatic conveying dryer for carbon fuel
Provided is a carbon fuel pneumatic dryer in which synthesis gas generated in a reactor is fed and cooled, including: a feeding part formed as a narrow pipe, via which synthesis gas and carbon fuel are fed; a drying part formed as a pipe having a larger diameter than the feeding part, in which the hot synthesis gas fed via the feeding part is cooled and the moisture content of the carbon fuel is lowered; and a conveying part formed as a pipe having a smaller diameter than the drying part such that the flow velocity of the synthesis gas and the carbon fuel having passed the drying part is increased, wherein the conveying part includes a bend so that the flow direction of the synthesis gas and the carbon fuel is changed.
Mobile platform biomass harvester and processor
A mobile platform biomass harvester has a header, a biomass processor, a storage container, a guidance system, an engine, an electric generator, and a guidance system. The header harvests biomass. The biomass processor includes a shredder, a press, a dryer, and a densifier. The densifier compacts the biomass into a multitude of compressed biomass pieces. The storage container receives compressed biomass pieces from the biomass processor. The guidance system guides the mobile platform at a speed determined by the operating capacity of the mobile platform. The engine generates shaft power. The electrical generator converts the shaft power to electricity to power the guidance system.
Method and treatment facility for physical and thermochemical treatment of biomass
In a method for physical and thermochemical treatment of biomass, the biomass moisture content is reduced in a dryer and ammonia (NH.sub.3) is also released from the biomass during drying. The dried biomass is then either pyrolyzed in a pyrolysis reactor and the pyrolysis gas is forwarded to and combusted in a combustion device to form flue gas, or is combusted in a combustion facility unit to form flue gas. In either case the flue gas is fed to a mixer. Oxygen (O.sub.2) is metered to the flue gas in the mixer and is fed directly to the dryer as drying gas. As the drying gas passes through the dryer, the sulfur dioxide (SO.sub.2) contained in the drying gas and/or the sulfur trioxide (SO.sub.3) chemically reacts with the ammonia (NH.sub.3) to form ammonium sulfite ((NH.sub.4).sub.2SO.sub.3) and/or ammonium sulfate ((NH.sub.4).sub.2SO.sub.4). Also a treatment facility physically and thermochemically treats the biomass.
SMART AGRICULTURE BIOCHAR PRODUCTION YIELD PREDICTION AND MEASUREMENT
The present invention relates to a system for smart agriculture biochar production, yield prediction, and measurement. The system utilizes real time remote sensing of the local environment, weather and related conditions, and data analysis on spatial and spectral imagery data captured from satellite sensors, aerial sensors, and agricultural drones. The system performs a field mapping of a target field having a biomass and obtaining spectral imagery data of the biomass. A mobile pyrolysis system is deployed about the target field and follows a path derived from the spectral imagery data.
