A peer-to-peer (P2P) network boost system for boosting the transmission of specific packets between at least two electronic devices on the internet includes at least one boosting node and a hardware boosting device, wherein the hardware boosting device includes a geographical location judging module, a P2P matching module and a transmitting module. The boosting node is configured for receiving the specific packets and planning the transmitting route of the specific packet. The hardware boosting device judges the specific packets from a plurality of packets sent by the electronic device and sends the specific packets to the others electronic devices through the boosting node. The P2P network boost system achieves the network boosting function and optimizes the transmitting route through the hardware boosting device and the boosting node to improve the connecting quality and reduce the connecting cost.

A system and method for remotely playing a game over a network includes receiving, at a host computer system, a request to remotely play a video game at a remote computer system. The method also includes launching the video game on the host computer system. Further, the method includes capturing video frames and audio data generated for the video game. Additionally, the method includes generating a multimedia stream based on the video frames and audio data captured for the video game. The method includes transmitting the multimedia to the remote computer system. The method also includes receiving, from the remote computer system, input data in response to the multimedia. The input data corresponds to user interaction with multimedia stream. The method includes translating the input data to game input for the video game.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ANALYZING USER-GENERATED PERFORMANCE DATA
A system that incorporates the subject disclosure may include, for example, a processor that facilitates a performance of operations. The operations may include obtaining an identification of an action to monitor during a gameplay associated with a game, storing a representation of a sliding window of the gameplay in a first storage medium, monitoring, by the system, for the identification of the action during the gameplay, detecting the identification of the action during the gameplay responsive to the monitoring, and responsive to the detecting, storing the representation of the sliding window of the gameplay in a second storage medium that is different from the first storage medium. EXPERIENCE-BASED PEER RECOMMENDATIONS
A system and method for providing peer recommendations in a network environment are provided. A set of activity data and user generated content (UGC) associated with the set of activity data may be stored in memory in a database. Such UGC may depict the activity. The set of activity data may be received regarding an activity that a user and at least one peer have participated in simultaneously on the network environment. Corresponding UGC may also be received. A user-peer indication may be identified based on identifying a peer with whom the user experienced a significant event during the activity. Such significant event may be based on one or more event factors. A peer recommendation may be generated based on the peer indication and such peer recommendation at least a portion of the UGC associated with the significant even may be provided to the user.
Managing participants in an online session
The present invention relates to an application that is configured to be operated in a multi-participant environment on a computer network. The application manages participants in an online session of a multi-user application so that if one of the participants exits the session, the session can continue without interruption. The application initiates an online session of the multi-user application, wherein the online session includes two or more participants comprised of network computers that are communicatively linked to a computer network. If the application detects that a first participant has disconnected from the online session, wherein the first participant is responsible for managing certain managerial functionality associated with the running of the multi-user application, then the application broadcasts a notification to existing participants of the online session over the communication network, thereby notifying the existing participants that the first participant has disconnected from the online session. The initiating application then re-assigns the functionality associated with the first participant to an existing participant of the online session. The participants can be communicating in a peer-to-peer arrangement or can be performing server duties in a client-server arrangement.
Method for changing game parameter
Disclosed are a method for changing a game parameter and a client for performing same. The client comprises: a processor for executing a game program; and a transceiver for communicating with a blockchain node of a blockchain network storing a first blockchain, wherein the processor may authenticate a user account and perform a first event of the game program accessed by the user account, the transceiver may transmit, to the blockchain node, a completion signal of the first event including information about the client when the first event is completed and receive, from the blockchain node, a request signal for generating a second event, the processor may generate the second event on the basis of the request signal for generating the second event, and the transceiver may transmit, to the blockchain node, information about the second event.

A system that incorporates the subject disclosure may include, for example, a processor that facilitates a performance of operations. The operations may include monitoring a triggering event during a gameplay associated with a game played by a first user, detecting the triggering event responsive to the monitoring, and responsive to the detecting of the triggering event: storing a first portion of the gameplay associated with the first user in a first storage medium, identifying a second user that is an opponent of the first user that was affected by the triggering event, and sending a message to cause a storing of a second portion of the gameplay associated with the second user in a second storage medium, wherein the first portion of the gameplay differs from the second portion of the gameplay. METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND DEVICES OF SOCIAL NETWORKING WITH PORTIONS OF RECORDED GAME CONTENT
Embodiments include a system and method that facilitate detecting a request from a player to share a trigger clip of a video game, preparing the trigger clip for sharing and sharing the trigger clip in a message to a third party or to a social media destination. Additional embodiments include storing one or more trigger clips in a library where the trigger clips are available for searching and review by players and others. Advantages include making the trigger clips available for subsequent review, training, coaching and other purposes.

A system that incorporates the subject disclosure may include, for example, a memory to store instructions and a processor coupled to the memory. The processor, responsive to executing the instructions, facilitates performance of operations. The operations include obtaining for a first gamer of a plurality of gamers a plurality of audio profiles; each audio profile enables identification of one of a plurality of gaming events in a gaming session of a game played by the plurality of gamers. The operations also include monitoring an audio presentation of the game during the gaming session; detecting a gaming event of the plurality of gaming events based on a corresponding one of the plurality of audio profiles; and notifying at least a portion of the plurality of gamers of the gaming event that was detected.
