Dual-gas source gas control system with anti-gas source misconnection and control circuit thereof
A dual-gas source gas control system with anti-gas source misconnection and a control circuit thereof belonging to the gas combustion technical field are provided. The disclosure solves unreasonable design and other problems in the related art. The dual-gas source gas control system with anti-gas source misconnection and the control circuit thereof includes a power-on circuit, connected in series with an external power supply and an igniter switch to form a loop, including a self-locking switch triode connected in series with the external power supply and a self-locking amplifying triode connected to a base electrode of the self-locking switch triode; an MCU control circuit, including an MCU control chip, wherein the power-on circuit is connected to a power input pin of the MCU control chip, one pin on the MCU control chip is configured to detect whether the power-on circuit is connected.
Gas appliance and control method thereof
A gas appliance includes a burner, a gas valve, an igniter, a thermocouple, and a control device. The control device is adapted to execute a control method comprising the following steps: controlling the igniter to ignite and controlling the gas valve to open; receiving a detected voltage output from the thermocouple; controlling the igniter to stop igniting and keeping the gas valve open when the detected voltage reaches a first voltage value; receiving the detected voltage output from the thermocouple continuously, and controlling the gas valve to close the gas pipe when the detected voltage above a second voltage falls below the second voltage. The second voltage value is higher than the first voltage value. As such, an ignition procedure may be speeded up and the supply of the fuel gas may be interrupted more quickly when the flame is extinguished.
CONTROL CIRCUIT FOR AN ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVE, GAS BURNING SYSTEM, METHOD FOR MONITORING A SWITCHING STATE OF AN ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A GAS BURNING SYSTEM
An electromagnetic valve has a magnetic coil and a movable element coupled to a valve element. The magnetic coil, when excited, conveys the movable element in one direction to move the valve element from its initial position into its active position. A control circuit for the electromagnetic valve has a current source for optionally supplying current to the magnetic coil and a measuring device for measuring a voltage level of the magnetic coil and/or a current level through the magnetic coil. A monitoring unit which is connected to the measuring device establishes a switching state of the electromagnetic valve corresponding to the position of its valve element based on the intended current supply state of the current source and the current and/or voltage characteristic measured by the measuring device and, if appropriate, determines a fault state of the current supply and/or the electromagnetic valve.
GAS VALVE AND CONTROL DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a gas valve and a control device and a control method thereof wherein the control device receives a detection voltage generated by a thermocouple. the control device outputs the second voltage when the detection voltage generated is greater than a predetermined voltage, and then outputs the first voltage. The control device stops outputting the first voltage when receiving a shut-off signal, and the control device starts counting time and stops outputting the second voltage when the time counted reaches a predetermined time.
Sparkless igniters for heater treaters and methods for using same
Sparkless igniters comprising a hot surface igniter assembly and a nozzle that produce a flame plume with diameter substantially similar to the diameter of the fire tube, and flame length less than the length of each leg of the U-shaped fire tube in heater treaters are applicable to both vertical and horizontal heater treaters and improve the durability of fire tubes while reducing igniter fuel consumption by at least 30%.

Gas safety valve
A gas safety valve adapted to a domestic appliance is provided that includes an electromagnet, a phase wire and a ground wire. A support of the electromagnet includes a housing in which resides a phase closure. A segment of the phase wire and a segment of the ground wire are respectively electrically connected with the phase closure and with the support. According to one embodiment the valve includes a connector inserted in the housing of the support. The connector having inserted therein a first end portion of a phase terminal and a first end portion of a ground terminal that are respectively electrically connected with the phase closure and an inner area of the support. Each of the phase terminal and ground terminal including a second end portion that resides exposed to the outside of the valve.
