Temperature Adjustment Unit for Fuel-Burning Grill
Embodiments of the present disclosure include a temperature adjustment unit comprising a fan combining the benefits of both a blower fan and a starter fan into a single unit for use in a fuel-burning device. The temperature adjustment unit can be mounted proximate an inlet of the fuel-burning device and comprise means for adjusting the settings of the fan to various modes.
DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING A MIXTURE IN A PREMIX GAS BURNER
A device for controlling a fuel-oxidizer mixture for a premix gas burner, comprises: an intake duct for admitting the mixture into the burner; an injection duct, connected to the intake duct to supply the fuel; a monitoring device for checking the state of combustion in the burner; a gas regulating valve; a fan located in the intake duct; a control unit for controlling the speed of rotation of the fan between a first and a second rotation speed, corresponding to a minimum flow rate of oxidizer (Qmin) and a maximum flow rate of oxidizer (Qmax), respectively; a regulator coupled to the intake duct and having a first aperture, adjustable through a first shutter, and a second aperture, adjustable through a second shutter. The control unit is configured to drive the gas regulating valve in real time.
WATER HEATER OPERATION MONITORING AND NOTIFICATION
A water heater monitoring and notification method includes determining, by a controller of a water heater system, a deviation of a duration of a pre-purge operation from a pre-purge duration average value. The method further includes determining, by the controller of the water heater system, a deviation of a flame current from a flame current average value and determining, by the controller of the water heater system, a deviation of a pulse-width-modulation (PWM) parameter from a PWM parameter average value. The method also includes providing a notification related to a combustion system of the water heater system based on at least the deviation of the duration of the pre-purge operation from the pre-purge duration average value, the deviation of the flame current from the flame current average value, and the deviation of the PWM parameter from the PWM parameter average value.
Intelligent Temperature Controller for Biofuel-Fired Burner
A controller monitors temperature in a bio-fuel fired device and automatically controls dampers, blowers and the like to reduce generation of smoke or other pollutants, thereby promoting proper operation of a catalytic converter.
RPM CONTROL METHOD OF BLOWER FOR GAS FURNACE
The present invention relates to a method of controlling an RPM of a blower for a gas furnace that passes air to be supplied to a room around a heat exchanger of a gas furnace. The method includes: starting operation of the gas furnace; measuring an air temperature in an outlet side of the gas furnace; measuring the RPM of the blower; determining whether the air temperature falls within a reference temperature range; and adjusting the RPM of the blower such that the air temperature falls within the reference temperature range.
Intelligent oxygen level controller for biofuel-fired burner
A controller monitors oxygen levels in a bio-fuel fired device and automatically controls dampers, blowers and the like to reduce generation of smoke or other pollutants, thereby promoting proper operation of a catalytic converter.
Forced-Draft Pre-Mix Burner Device
A forced-draft pre-mix burner device has a housing that conveys air from an upstream cool air inlet to a downstream warm air outlet. A heat exchanger warms the air prior to discharge via the warm air outlet. A gas burner burns an air-gas mixture to thereby warm the heat exchanger. A fan mixes the air-gas mixture and forces the air-gas mixture into the gas burner. The fan has a plurality of blades having sinusoidal-modulated blade spacing.
Method for operating a gas burner appliance
A method for determining an change in an operating condition of a gas burner appliance. In some instances, a calibration of a gas/air mixture may be performed when the combustion quality of the gas burner appliance diminishes. This may be accomplished by adjusting a throttle position of a throttle valve that throttles the gas to the gas burner appliance. After calibration has been performed, a throttle position of the throttle valve is determined, and based on the throttle position determined after calibration, a change of an operating condition of the gas burner appliance is detectable.
Fluid heating system
A fluid heating system intended for use in recreational vehicles that circulates glycol in a system loop with various heat sources and other devices that distribute this heat to an enclosure or a domestic water system. It has a system controller operationally connected to a remove tactile display unit that allows for the input of the operation parameters to the system controller. The control unit is operatively connected for data and signal transfer to the user's cell phone via a non-internet connected localized wi-fi network. This provides the user with system status information, fault codes and allows selected operational functions and resets to be remotely initiated that heretofore required local manipulation. It also incorporates altimeter to allow the furnace controller to maximize its burn efficiency.
