Modulating oven burner control for gas cooking appliance
A cooking appliance including an oven compartment, and first and second gas burners positioned to supply heat to the oven compartment. The first and second gas burners respectively include first and second electromechanical modulating valves that respectively couple the first and second gas burners to a gas supply. A controller is used to control the first and second gas burners to heat the oven compartment, and the controller, when maintaining a predetermined temperature in the oven compartment, controls the electromechanical modulating valves of the first and second gas burners to vary respective output levels of the first and second gas burners while maintaining a substantially constant combined output level for the first and second gas burners.
Radiant heater assembly
A radiant heating assembly including a burner for heating a heat exchanger and a reflector generally disposed about the heat exchanger. The reflector comprising a base defining a first air chamber. The reflector may also comprise one or more wings removably coupled to the base. The wings may be configured to define a second air chamber. The radiant heating assembly may also comprise an air circulation pump configured to draw air through the air chamber of the base and/or wing and provide the air to the burner to improve the efficiency of the combustion process.
Gas mixing device and gas water heating device
A gas-mixing device includes: a shell, where the shell is provided with an air channel for conveying air, a fuel gas channel for conveying fuel gas, and a mixing-gas channel connecting downstream of the air channel and the fuel gas channel. The fuel gas channel includes a first sectional flow area and the air channel includes a second section flow area; which are located on the movable part of the shell. The movable part is provided with a flexible separation component which hermetically separates the air channel and the fuel gas channel. The movable part penetrates through the flexible separation component and enters the air channel and the fuel gas channel and performs a movement to change the first and second sectional flow area.
Power Output Determination by Way of a Fuel Parameter
Various embodiments include a method for regulating a burner appliance comprising a combustion chamber, an air supply duct with an actuator to adjust the air supply, and a fuel supply duct with a fuel actuator to adjust the fuel supply. The method comprises: determining the value of the air supply V L; determining the value of an air ratio λ; providing an individual scalar fuel parameter h; calculating the power output P_ist of the appliance based on the air supply V
L, the air ratio λ, and the individual scalar fuel parameter h using P_ist=h/λ.Math.V
L; and regulating the burner appliance with the fuel actuator and the air actuator until the actual value reaches the target value.
BARBECUE GRILL
A barbecue grill has a body, a barbecue grid, a heating device, a heating adjustment unit, a thermal sensor, and a control device. The heating adjustment unit is connected with the heating device. The thermal sensor is mounted in the body and detects an actual temperature. The control device has a constant temperature control module electrically connected to the heating adjustment unit and the thermal sensor. The constant temperature control module controls the heating adjustment unit to adjust heat output of the heating device according to a difference value between a target temperature and the actual temperature. The heat output of the heating device is increased or decreased according to the difference value to keep the temperature constant at the position of the thermal sensor.
Regulating valve for a gas cooking appliance, and gas cooking appliance incorporating said regulating valve
A regulating valve with at least one gas outlet conduit and a housing having at least one outlet hole in fluid communication with the outlet conduit; a rotating disc arranged in the housing; a spring axially retaining the rotating disc in the housing; and sealing means surrounding the at least one outlet hole. The sealing means includes a gasket having a closure member associated with each outlet hole, surrounding the same, and at least one attachment arm attached to the at least one closure member. The attachment arm including at least one protuberance, with the rotating disc being supported on the closure members and on the protuberances when it presses on the gasket.
GAS MIXING DEVICE AND GAS WATER HEATING DEVICE
A gas-mixing device includes: a shell, where the shell is provided with an air channel for conveying air, a fuel gas channel for conveying fuel gas, and a mixing-gas channel connecting downstream of the air channel and the fuel gas channel The fuel gas channel includes a first sectional flow area and the air channel includes a second section flow area; which are located on the movable part of the shell. The movable part is provided with a flexible separation component which hermetically separates the air channel and the fuel gas channel. The movable part penetrates through the flexible separation component and enters the air channel and the fuel gas channel and performs a movement to change the first and second sectional flow area.
FLAME DISPLAY SYSTEM AND METHODS
Methods and systems for a flame display may comprise flowing fuel from a fuel source to a burner via an electric valve fuel passage that includes an electric valve and via a mechanical valve fuel passage that includes a mechanical valve, receiving a flame boost mode request, and adjusting the electric valve to a wide open position. The flame display may further be operated in a music mode in which the electric valve is adjusted based on an audio input or in a standard mode.
GAS COOKING APPLIANCE WITH GAS BURNER STATE INDICATIONS
A cooking appliance and method may generate one or more audible and/or visual indications to a user of various gas burner states during the operation of a gas burner, including, for example, states that are associated with different types of ignition operations, such as initial ignition operations, programmed re-ignition operations and/or flame loss re-ignition operations and/or states that are associated with ignition operations, normal operating conditions, and/or failure conditions.
Regulating mechanism for regulating the flows from a plurality of gas outlets in a fuel gas valve
The present invention discloses a regulating mechanism regulating the flows from a plurality of gas outlets in a fuel gas valve, comprising an actuator, a push rod, a presser plate assembly, regulating rods and a valve body. Wherein the valve body has a plurality of gas outlets, a regulating rod is provided in each regulating port which exists between the gas inlet and each gas outlet, a resetting device is provided between each regulating rod and the valve body, and the actuator drives the push rod which is around by the regulating ports to move along the axis. The push rod causes the presser plate assembly to move up and down to press or relax the regulating rods and simultaneously change the degree of opening between the head portion of each regulating rod and the corresponding regulating port so that the flow from each gas outlet changes synchronously.
