An inner surface of the top section includes a plurality of spouts disposed and configured to direct a plurality of flames towards a center of the opening. A bottom section may comprise a fuel reservoir, an igniter, and an actuator. The actuation may actuate the igniter which, in turn, ignites fuel from the fuel reservoir. The igniter may be a piezoelectric igniter. The enclosed burn area of the lighter with flames directed towards a center thereof may promote even burning of the object, such as a cigar.
