System and method to cool an exposed surface of an appliance

An appliance comprising a firebox, a first air duct and a room air chimney. During operation of the appliance heated room air adjacent to a viewing pane or the screen and heated room air from the first air duct is received within the chimney. The heated air within the chimney rises toward an open upper end causing the chimney to draw additional room air from adjacent to the viewing pane or screen.

DOUBLE OVEN GAS WITH FAN

An air baffle unit includes a major housing wall extending in first and second directions to define an exterior side and an interior side, two upper corner output vent openings, first and second laterally opposed side vent openings, and an air intake opening arrangement defined within an intake area along the major housing wall and extending therealong in the first and second directions. The air intake opening arrangement is defined in an intake area and includes first and second pluralities of intake vents positioned within respective first and second open areas of the intake area with first and second closed areas extending between the first and second open areas. The first and second open areas and first and second closed areas each positioned within respective quarters of the intake area. The open areas are displaced relative to each other in both the first direction and the second direction.

Pass through convection oven

According to one example, a convection oven comprises a cooking chamber having a front door and a rear door opposing the front door; a combustion chamber disposed below at least a portion of the cooking chamber; a side flue conduit configured to direct hot air from the combustion chamber to the cooking chamber; and a side sub-chamber with a convection fan configured to re-circulate at least a portion of the hot air within the cooking chamber, in which the side sub-chamber is disposed adjacent a side of the cooking chamber that is orthogonal to the front and rear door.

Oven appliance having a convection assembly

An oven appliance is provided herein. The oven appliance may include a cabinet, a convection duct, a heating element, and an air handler. The cabinet may define a cooking chamber to receive items to be cooked. The cabinet may include a top wall, a bottom wall, a rear wall, and opposing sidewalls. The top wall and the bottom wall being spaced apart along a vertical direction. The opposing sidewalls may be spaced apart along a lateral direction. The convection duct may extend about a portion of the cooking chamber to direct a heated gas. The convection duct may define an upper passage above the top wall and a lower passage below the bottom wall. The heating element may be disposed within the convection duct to supply the heated gas thereto. The air handler may be disposed in fluid communication with the convection duct to motivate the heated gas therethrough.

A cooking appliance for cooking food or other items is provided. The cooking appliance may include a main body having a cooking chamber; a fan cover provided on a back surface and forming an accommodation space separated within the cooking chamber, the fan cover having a suction port at a front of the fan cover and at least one exhaust port at a side of the fan cover; a heating element provided in the accommodation space to generate heat; a convection fan that generates an air circulation flow in the cooking chamber; and at least one guide vane, provided between a side surface of the cooking chamber and the at least one exhaust port, that guides a flow of air so that air discharged toward the side surface through the at least one exhaust port flows toward a front of the cooking chamber.

Modular linear fireplace system, assemblies and methods

A linear fireplace system, assemblies, modular units, and related methods that can be installed in a modular fashion at a selected installation location so as to avoid drawbacks experienced in the prior art. The system can include modular linear units, corner units, and/or end units interconnectable to form a modular linear fireplace assembly. The system can include an alignment track system with a track member that receives alignment rails on the bottom of the modular units to axially align the interconnected units. The system can include a combustion air flow passage within the fireplace that maintains a relatively low exterior temperature of the assembly and that allows combustible and non-combustible building materials to be installed against or immediately adjacent to the top and base portions of the modular units of the assembly.

A cooking device including a frame that defines a cooking chamber, a burner cover provided in the frame to form a combustion chamber and includes an opening for flowing air, a burner provided inside the combustion chamber, and a barrier member provided between the burner cover and the frame in order to prevent heat of air discharged from the combustion chamber from being delivered to the frame.

KILN AND HEATING METHOD THEREOF

A kiln includes a stove, a combustion device, and an exhaust pipe, wherein the stove includes a cavity, an entry, and an air outlet. The cavity includes a front section and a rear section, and a top wall surface of the front section is tilt. The air outlet is disposed between a top of the front section of the cavity and the entry. The combustion device is disposed in the rear section. The combustion device includes at least one burner, a supporting assembly, and an infrared ray generation assembly. The supporting assembly includes a cover plate having a hollow portion. The infrared ray generation assembly is mounted to the supporting assembly and located above the cover plate. The infrared ray generation assembly could be heated by the flames of the burner to generate infrared ray which passes through the hollow portion. The exhaust pipe communicates with the air outlet.

KILN

A kiln including a stove, a combustion device, a thermometer, a flow rate regulation device, and a control device wherein the stove includes a cavity and an entry. The combustion device is disposed in the stove and includes at least one burner and an infrared ray generation assembly. The thermometer is disposed in the cavity to detect a temperature inside of the cavity. The flow rate regulation device communicates with the at least one burner and is controlled to adjust a gas flow output to the at least one burner. The control device controls the output gas flow via the flow rate regulation device based on a setting temperature and the temperature detected by the thermometer so as to keep the temperature in the cavity at a constant temperature whereby it is conducive to obtaining a good heating efficiency and a constant-temperature heating.
