Gas Flame Distribution Unit
Flames pass through a gas flame distribution unit that includes a plurality of metal rods or tubes, where the metal rods or tubes have varying lengths and are welded together at varying angles and pitches.
GAS FIREPLACE AND FLOW GUIDE MEMBER OF THE SAME
A gas fireplace includes a firebox, a translucent cover provided on the firebox, and a separate assembly. The separate assembly is provided in the firebox, and divides the firebox into an air chamber and a combustion chamber which corresponds to the translucent cover. An exhaust passage is formed between the separate assembly and the translucent cover, and communicates the air chamber and the combustion chamber, wherein an inner width of the exhaust passage gradually reduces from the air chamber toward the combustion chamber. During the combustion, the exhaust passage guides cold air to flow through the semi-enclosed air chamber, and to evenly blow into the translucent cover, which forms an even air curtain on a surface of a bottom portion of the translucent cover to block out the heat. Whereby, the temperature of the translucent cover and the bottom portion of the combustion chamber could be lowered.
FIREPLACE WITH CONTROLLABLE AND IMAGE-BEARING REAR WALL
A fireplace comprises a firebox having a combustion chamber, a front opening allowing viewing within the combustion chamber, a back wall, and a combustion region between the front opening and the back wall adapted to provide a flame. A non-homogeneous, heat-resistant, printed multi-color ink image is located on the back wall of the firebox. The image is visible through the front opening and combustion region when the flame is provided in the combustion region of the firebox.
Log-like block for a gas burner and a method for producing the same
A log-like block for a gas burner is provided. The block having a pipe with a distal part at least partially made of flexible material and associated with at least one distal end of the pipe, and a pipe proximal part associated with a proximal end of the pipe. The block further includes a passage with shape and dimensions corresponding to those of the distal part. The distal part being built-in the passage so that the distal end is closed therein and the distal part is incapable of being moved relative to the passage. The proximal part being configured to be brought into gas communication with a gas supply source. The block further comprises a pipe outlet opening formed in the pipe distal part, exposed to an exterior of the block so as to allow gas to exit the pipe through the opening.
SOUND-CONTROLLED GAS CONTROL SYSTEM, METHOD AND DEVICE
The present invention discloses a sound-controlled gas control system, used to adjust the height change of the generated flame. The system includes an audio module, a transformation analysis module, a driving module and at least one proportional valve. The audio module is suitable for preprocessing discrete audio data and generating complex-number data according to the result of the preprocessing. The transformation analysis module is suitable for performing a Fourier transformation according to the complex-number data to generate a plurality of frequency domain data and performing spectrum analysis on the frequency domain data to generate pulse width modulation data. The driving module is suitable for receiving the pulse width modulation data and converting to an opening control signal according to the pulse width modulation data. The proportional valve has a gas valve and is suitable for adjusting an opening and closing state of the gas valve according to the opening control signal.
PORTABLE GAS HEATING DEVICE
A portable gas heating device is provided, and relates to the technical field of heating equipment. An intake manifold can supply gas to a flameout protection module and a main burner system under the control of a main valve. The main burner system includes a nozzle and a simulated shape burner which can be firmly installed in a body frame. The body frame protects the circumferential direction of a simulated shape burner. At least one side wall of the body frame is provided with a side interlayer cavity. The top of the side interlayer cavity is provided with a top interlayer cavity. A lower end of the side interlayer cavity and an exhaust port of the top interlayer cavity communicate with the outside. The side interlayer cavity communicates with the top interlayer cavity.
