GAS FIREPLACE COMBUSTION DEVICE STRUCTURE
20200363066 · 2020-11-19 ·

A gas fireplace combustion device structure includes a simulated solid fuel and a combustor under the simulated solid fuel. The combustor has a fire exit hole facing the simulated solid fuel, a combustion air inlet passage under the combustor, and a specific slot at the combustor to define a third combustion air inlet. A partition is installed under the combustor; a second combustion air inlet leading to fire exit hole is formed between the partition and the combustor; the combustion air inlet passage is provided for supplying air to the second and third combustion air inlets; a combustion air slot is formed at the middle of the simulated solid fuel to resupply combustion air to the flame above the simulated solid fuel in order to achieve a two-time sectional combustion. This invention can control and resupply combustion air to the flames in different areas to improve the combustion effect.

OVEN

The present invention provides an oven including an oven body with an exhaust port and a heat transfer assembly, disposed at a side of the oven body, that includes a top plate and a bottom plate connected by two side plates, and a sealing plate to form an air passage therebetween. The air passage has a first opening near the sealing plate and a second opening away from the sealing plate. The first opening communicates with the exhaust port of the oven body, and the second opening opens to the external of the heat transfer assembly which is arranged so the hot air from the exhaust port may enter the interior of the heat transfer assembly so that the heat energy of the hot air can be absorbed by the top plate and then conducted to the food materials on the top plate to be reused.

Gas Cooktop and Grate for the Gas Cooktop

A gas cooktop includes a gas burner and a grate for supporting cookware above the gas burner. The grate includes a removable insert having an upper surface and a lower surface and a plurality of tines for supporting the removable insert. When the lower surface of the removable insert is contacting the plurality of tines, the grate supports flat-bottomed cookware on the removable insert at a first height above the gas burner. When the upper surface of the removable insert is contacting the plurality of tines, the grate supports flat-bottomed cookware on the removable insert at a second height above the gas burner, the second height being greater than the first height. When the removable insert is not contacting with the plurality of tines, the grate supports round-bottomed cookware on the plurality of tines.

Distributed vertical flame burner

A fuel-burning cooking burner includes a base defining an outer periphery and an inner open area. The burner further includes a cap coupled with the base around the outer periphery thereof and extending over the open area to define a distribution cavity on an interior side of the cap. The cap further defines a convex outer surface extending opposite the distribution cavity and a plurality of outlets extending through the cap from the distribution cavity to the exterior surface. The outlets are distributed over the entire exterior surface.
