A portable heater is provided and comprises: a housing provided with a front opening; at least one pilot burner; at least one main burner unit provided within the housing and comprising a front portion facing the front opening of the housing; a gas pressure regulation system connectable to a portable supply of gas; a gas valve assembly mounted to the housing and comprising a gas valve controlling the flow of gas within the heater. Said gas valve assembly cooperating with at least one knob movable along and around an axis for selectively operating the gas valve, controlling the flow an air/gas mixture, and operating a means to ignite the gas/air mixture exiting from the at least one pilot burner. The gas valve being a thermostatic valve provided with means cooperating with a temperature sensor.

The stove head is provided with an ejection tube and a flame hole. The double-needle electrode rod is connected to the ejection tube, and one end of the double-needle electrode rod is close to the flame hole. The electromagnetic valve is connected to the ejection tube, and the electromagnetic valve is communicated with the flame hole. The plasma controller is electrically connected to the double-needle electrode rod, and the plasma controller is electrically connected to the electromagnetic valve.

A multi-leveled cooking apparatus is an apparatus that is used to prepare food. The apparatus includes an enclosure, a heat source, at least one convectively-heated cooking mechanism, a radiatively-heated cooking mechanism, a first duct, and a second duct. The enclosure is used as a structural base to mount the aforementioned components, and to maintain and regulate temperature fluctuations. The heat source sends hot air through the first duct and the second duct to heat the at least one convectively-heated cooking mechanism. The heat source is also in contact with the radiatively-heated cooking mechanism. A series of tubes within the enclosure provide adequate dispersal of combustible gaseous material, and an ignition starter allows the user to ignite the gas contained within the present invention. Removable grates are arranged at various heights within the enclosure, allowing customization of the size of the working space as well as improving accessibility for sanitization.

Cooking range

According to one embodiment, a range for cooking includes a combustion chamber having a bottom surrounded by sidewalls that extend upward to an upper rim. The range further includes at least one gas burner positioned at the bottom of the combustion chamber, and a platen positioned on the upper rim. The platen has an interior opening above one of the at least one gas burner with a first flange. The range further includes at least one removable outer plate positioned on the first flange of the platen, and an enclosure disposed to surround the gas burner and that is operative to cause preferential heating of the removable inner plate by radiation from a flame at the one of the at least one gas burner and radiation from the enclosure.

When the first and second gas burner units are rotated and maintained in an upright standing state, the insertion protrusions are inserted into or withdrawn out of the insertion guide members.

The thermoelectric generators (TEG) are affixed over the burning area for generating electric power from the heat. The generated power is provided to a central processing system and stored in the batteries for later use. A water pipe connected between a water storage unit and TEG unit at is encircled around chamber and passed through the post. The water is circulated within the water pipe to absorb the excess heat generated around the TEG unit to prevent overheating. The electronic devices are provided to derive electrical power from the batteries for providing additional functions to the user.
