Pellet grill
A grill including an upper shell and a lower shell is provided. The lower shell defines an opening there-through, and the upper shell and the lower shell together define a cooking chamber. A pellet burner is adapted to fit in the opening in the lower shell. The pellet burner includes an air duct having a first end and a second end. The first end is positioned outside of the lower shell and the second end is positioned inside of the lower shell when the pellet burner is fitted in the opening in the lower shell. The pellet burner includes a fan positioned to blow air through the air duct and through the second end of the air duct, and a pellet box configured to hold a plurality of pellets. An auger moves the pellets to a position adjacent the second end of the air duct that contains a hot rod.
Kiln
A kiln including a stove and a heat source wherein the stove includes a cavity, an entry, and an air outlet. The cavity includes a front section communicating with the entry, a rear section disposed away from the entry, and a middle section disposed between the front section and the rear section. A top wall surface of the front section tilts downwardly toward the entry, and a top wall surface of the rear section tilts downwardly from the middle section toward a direction away from the entry. The air outlet is located between a top of the front section and the entry. The heat source is disposed in the rear section and includes a heating assembly for generating heat. The heating assembly is located at a position higher than a half of a distance between a top and a bottom of the middle section of the cavity.
Gas cooker
A gas cooker that includes a case defining an interior area, the case including an opening to the interior area; a plate covering, fully or in part, the opening of the case; a burner that is located in the interior area of the case, wherein the burner includes a heating element that is heated using gas; a vent that is located at a first position of the case and that is configured to discharge burned gas from the interior area of the case to an exterior of the case; an insulating case that is coupled to the burner and that is configured to hold the burner; and a first insulator that is coupled between the insulating case and the plate and that is configured to seal an interior space of the burner is disclosed.
DUAL HEAT FIRE PIT
The present disclosure is directed to a multi-heat source apparatus. The multi heat source may include a fire pit and is configured to provide ambient heating with both convection heat transfer and radiation heat transfer. The multi-heat source apparatus comprises an infrared emitter for generating infrared radiation. The multi-heat source apparatus comprises a shielding member between a heat source for the convection heat transfer and another heat source for radiation heat transfer.
SPECTRAL POWER DENSITY CONFIGURATION IN A COOKING INSTRUMENT
Several embodiments include a cooking instrument. The cooking instrument can include a heating system. The heating system can include one or more heating elements capable of emitting wireless energy into the cooking chamber. The cooking instrument can also include a control system. The control system can determine a heating sequence (e.g., logical instructions) to drive the heating system. The control system can then execute the heating sequence. The heating sequence can include an instruction to adjust, based on a trigger event detectable by the control system, the spectral power distribution of wireless waves emitted from a heating element in the heating system.
Grilling Device with Pressurised Air Supply
Cooking apparatus for cooking food by a barbecue grilling method, comprises an outer housing receiving an inner housing which defines a heating volume. A chamber for pressurised air is defined between the outer and inner housings. Apertures in the inner housing allow pressurised air to exit the chamber into the heating volume. At least one burner is located in the inner housing. A combustible fuel/air mixture is supplied to the burner and this is separate from the supply of pressurised air to the chamber. A cooking surface is placed across the top of the heating volume to support food to be cooked.
Device and method for decreasing radiative heat flux of infrared energy
A method and device utilizing infrared energy for heating objects, while providing energy control and enabling a decrease radiative heat flux (or intensity) of the infrared energy. An infrared emission device providing reduction of radiative heat flux or intensity from a primary emitter according to the invention may comprise a heat source, a primary emitter that emits infrared radiation of a first wavelength, and a secondary emitter that is spaced apart from the primary emitter. The secondary emitter receives infrared radiation emitted from the primary emitter and emits infrared radiation. The secondary emitter is constructed and arranged to emit infrared radiation having a wavelength that is longer than the infrared radiation of the first wavelength.
Fire pit with infrared emitter
The present invention is directed to a multi-heat source fire pit apparatus. The fire pit apparatus is configured to provide ambient heating with both convection heat transfer and radiation heat transfer. The multi-heat source fire pit apparatus comprises an infrared emitter for generating infrared radiation. The multi-heat source fire pit comprises a shielding member between a heat source for the convection heat transfer and another heat source for radiation heat transfer.
Combustion device
A combustion device includes at least one burner, a supporting assembly, and an infrared ray generation assembly. The at least one burner includes a flame outlet and is adapted to burn gas. The supporting assembly includes a cover plate which has an opening and a plurality of holes, wherein the opening is corresponding to the flame outlet. The infrared ray generation assembly is disposed on the supporting assembly. The infrared ray generation assembly includes an infrared ray generation mesh which includes an emission surface which is adapted to emit infrared ray and corresponding to the plurality of holes. The heating efficiency of the combustion device can be effectively increased by generating an open fire and infrared rays as well as uniform heating.
Pizza oven
The present invention relates to a small, lightweight, portable or easily removable high temperature oven with a rotating floor, designed to bake one pizza at a time, and operate between 300 and 1400 F., with mechanisms to independently regulate the temperature of the dome and the floor of the oven, using thermocouples, infrared sensors, other temperature sensors, industrial oven controllers, other programmable logic controllers, solenoid gas valves, or proportional response gas valves, baffles and ventilation systems and other heat sources, control sensing and regulation systems, to imitate the baking conditions of a heavy ceramic traditional Italian cupola oven. Different embodiments include portable catering ovens, food truck ovens, very small pizzeria ovens, and residential ovens with automatic controls, that are approximately conventional residential countertop depth.
