Collapsible camp stove
A collapsible camp stove having a cover, a chassis having a fuel burner and a pot support; and the pot support and the chassis and the cover are all pivotally interconnected to one another in a parallelogram structure wherein pivotal opening of the cover relative to the chassis causes the pot support to raise upwardly away from a top surface of the chassis while the pot support continuously remains parallel to the top surface of the chassis.
Elongated burner assembly
An elongated burner assembly includes a first sidewall that defines a first plurality of ports and a second sidewall that defines a second plurality of ports. Ports of the first plurality of ports are angled towards a first end portion of the elongated burner, and ports of the second plurality of ports are angled towards a second end portion of the elongated burner. A related range appliance is also provided.
SELF-ADJUSTING BURNER IGNITER FOR GAS COOKTOPS
A burner assembly for a domestic gas cooktop includes a lower burner mounting structure positioned on a first side of the top sheet; a burner body configured to be positioned on an opposite side of the top sheet, the burner body having an igniter positioning surface; an igniter having an igniter end, and a stop integrally formed in the igniter, the stop having an upper ledge; and an urging member that pushes against the lower burner mounting structure, and urges the igniter in a direction away from the lower burner mounting structure and toward the igniter positioning surface such that the upper ledge of the stop is urged into contact with the igniter positioning surface when the burner assembly is in an assembled condition. The igniter is held in an operating position by the burner body and the urging member when the burner assembly is in use.
Cooktop burner mounting system
A burner of a gas cooking appliance is mounted through a turn and lock mechanism established between a support member mounted below a cooktop of the appliance and a holder attached to the burner. More specifically, the holder and support member include interengaging structure, allowing the holder to be initially attached to and then twist secured upon the support member. In addition, locating structure is provided to assure the holder is appropriately positioned for proper alignment of the turn and lock mechanism. Furthermore, upon twisting the holder relative to the support member, locking structure retains the holder in a desired, operational position.
Illuminated Cooktop Burner Appliance
An appliance and illumination system for a gas burner assembly is provided. The illumination system may include a panel, a light source, and a transmission plate. The panel may be extending in a lateral direction and a transverse direction. The panel may include a top surface and a bottom surface. The panel may also define an opening extending between the top surface and the bottom surface. The light source may be disposed beneath the panel along a vertical axis and oriented to project a light emission towards the opening. The transmission plate may be mounted to the panel. The transmission plate may include an upper face disposed beneath the opening of the panel along the vertical axis, the transmission plate being positioned to direct the light emission through the opening and above the top surface.
COOKTOP APPLIANCE WITH A GAS BURNER ASSEMBLY HAVING A THERMAL BREAK
A cooktop appliance, as provided herein, may include a top panel and a gas burner assembly positioned at the top panel. The gas burner assembly may include an annular burner body, a fuel manifold, and a thermal break. The annular burner body may be positioned at the top panel at a top surface thereof. The annular burner body may define a central combustion zone, a plurality of flame ports at the central combustion zone, and a fuel chamber upstream from the plurality of flame ports. The annular burner body may be open at the central combustion zone such that a circumferentially bounded portion of the top panel is vertically exposed. The fuel manifold may be selectively connected to the annular burner body upstream from the fuel chamber. The thermal break may be formed along the circumferentially bounded portion of the top panel below the plurality of flame ports.
GAS COOKTOP WITH INTEGRATED WOK
A chimney assembly includes a cone assembly and a chimney. The cone assembly includes a wall forming a truncated cone having an outer surface, a first circumferential edge, and a second circumferential edge, a support flange extending from the outer surface, and a bottom wall extending between the second circumferential edge and including a burner aperture wall formed therethrough. The chimney includes an inner wall, an outer wall circumscribing the inner wall, a bottom chimney wall, and a plurality of tabs. The bottom chimney wall extends between a first cylinder formed by the inner wall and a second cylinder formed by the outer wall. The plurality of tabs extend from the inner wall toward a center of the first cylinder. The support flange rests on the plurality of tabs.
Glass and metal burner cap and method of making the same
A gas burner assembly may include a gas burner and a burner cap. The burner may include a distribution cavity fluidly coupled with a gas inlet and a plurality of gas discharge ports. The burner cap may have a glass body characterized by a peripheral edge, and a metal element encapsulating the peripheral edge. The glass body may overlie at least a portion of the distribution cavity, and the metal element may shield the peripheral edge.
Orifice holder mounting system for gas cooktop
A compact non-rotational mounting feature or mechanism is employed for mounting an orifice holder to a support member below a cooktop of a gas cooking appliance. More specifically, the holder and support member include interengaging polygonal structure, such as a key-shaped anti-rotational peg and hole combination, allowing the holder to be initially mated with the support member in a manner which prevents relative rotation and assuring that the holder is appropriately positioned for proper alignment of various gas burner components, such as an orifice, a gas line, electrode, flame spreader and other burner related structure. Upon exacting the positioning of the holder relative to the support member, the holder to fixed in position by a mechanical fastener.
Gas burner with an offset flame port array
A gas burner includes a burner body that defines a fuel chamber and a plurality of flame ports. The plurality of flame ports are configured for directing a flow of fuel and air out of the fuel chamber. The plurality of flame ports are distributed along a circumferential direction on the burner body such that the plurality of flame ports are uniformly spaced from a center of the fuel chamber along a radial direction. The plurality of flame ports may be oriented to direct flames away from a void within the plurality of flame ports.
