GAS CONTROL SYSTEM
An apparatus includes a high-pressure tank, a controller, a valve, controlled by the controller, and a heater.
GAS VALVE AND OVEN
The disclosure discloses a gas valve and an oven, where the gas valve includes an intake valve assembly and at least two outlet valve assemblies, the intake valve assembly includes an intake valve body and an intake valve core, the intake valve body is internally provided with a gas inlet, the intake valve core is configured to control the gas inlet to be opened or closed, each outlet valve assembly includes an outlet valve body and an outlet valve core, each outlet valve body is internally provided with a gas outlet, the gas outlet is respectively communicated with the gas inlet, and the outlet valve core is respectively configured to control the corresponding gas outlet to be opened or closed.
Remote monitoring of fired heaters
A chemical plant may include one or more fired heaters for heating of process streams. A fired heater may include a direct-fired heat exchanger that uses the hot gases of combustion to raise the temperature of a process fluid feed flowing through tubes positioned within the heater. Fired heaters may deliver feed at a predetermined temperature to the next stage of the reaction process or perform reactions such as thermal cracking. Systems and methods are disclosed to optimize the performance of fired heaters or reduce energy consumption of fired heaters.
Gas burner
A gas burner includes a base with a first body and a raised annular band on an upper surface of the first body. A flange is formed about an outer periphery of the first body wherein the raised annular band and the flange define a first annular recess therebetween. A first notch is formed in a lower surface of the first body and extends through the flange and communicates with the first annular recess. The first notch is adapted to accommodate spark ignitor therein. A slot is formed in the raised annular band. A first cap includes a peripheral side wall having a distal end dimensioned to be received within the first annular recess. A gap between the distal end and a bottom wall of the first annular recess when the first cap is received therein provides fluid communication between the slot and the first notch.
SELF-CLEANING OVEN
A self-cleaning oven is provided. Responsive to initiating a self-clean operation, a heating plate in a cavity of the oven is powered to increase temperature of the heating plate. Responsive to the heating plate being heated to above a predefined start temperature for a predefined soak period of time, one or more nozzles are directed to introduce water onto the heating plate to generate superheated steam until the heating plate falls below a predefined reboot temperature. The power and watering operations are repeated according to a predefined number of clean cycles specified by the self-clean operation.
Switch assembly
A switch assembly for controlling the ignition of gas burners of a cooking appliance having one or more gas valves. The switch assembly includes at least one first support member, operably couplable to a first gas valve, a spring biased ignition switch operably mountable to the at least one first support member, and an actuating member, having a longitudinal axis and operably couplable to at least the first gas valve between the at least one first support member and at least a control knob of at least the first gas valve. The actuating member is adapted to move between a first position, actuatingly engaged with the ignition switch, and a second position, actuatingly disengaged from the ignition switch, wherein the actuating member is moved towards the first position by at least the control knob, and back towards the second position by the spring biased ignition switch.
Cooking container sensing for ignition triggering and programmed cooking
A cooking appliance such as a range or stovetop incorporates cooking container sensing for controlling burner ignition and/or triggering events in programmed cooking sequences.
Universal device for the automation of gas powered ovens, barbecues and devices
A universal device for the automation of gas-powered ovens, barbecues and devices is provided that includes a variable gas intake valve housed in a module of a valve having means for valve coupling to a gas inlet hose of the oven, barbecue or device. An electronic board housed in a module of control is linked to the valve and drives the opening of the gas flow by means of an output signal supplied by the gas intake valve. The electronic board is provided with a connection with at least a probe of room temperature located within the chamber of the oven, barbecue, or device. The module of control includes control means and a power supply.
Cooking appliance having a removable control panel
A removable control panel console for a cooking appliance may include a front panel having upper fingers that hook onto apertures in a bullnose feature of the appliance. The control panel console is pivotable in this configuration, and may be secured to the appliance by raising the front panel to fully insert the fingers into the apertures and fastening a bottom wall of the control panel to the appliance. Side walls of the control panel console may include tabs that are received into corresponding slots in a front surface of the appliance, providing an additional alignment and security feature.
CONTROL METHOD OF STEPWISE AND STEPLESS LINEAR ADJUSTMENT OF GAS OVEN AND ITS GAS VALVE
A control method of stepwise and stepless linear adjustment of a gas oven includes step 1: obtaining the setting temperature of the gas oven; step 2.: obtaining the temperature inside the gas oven; step 3: determining the low temperature threshold, high temperature threshold and preset flame level according to the setting temperature, wherein the high temperature threshold is greater than the low temperature threshold; step 4: ensuring the temperature inside the gas oven is between the low temperature threshold and the high temperature threshold; step 5: if it exceeds, determining the change trend of the temperature inside the gas oven; step 6: when the change trend of the temperature inside the gas oven rises or falls, adjusting the flame level of the gas oven to the preset flame level.
