DOOR-LOCKING DEVICE FOR SELF-CLEANING HOUSEHOLD OVENS
A door-locking device for a self-cleaning oven includes a support configured to be fixed to a frame of the oven. A main slider is movable relative to the support along a longitudinal rectilinear direction, and is configured to be pushed elastically towards an extracted position and pushed by the door of the oven towards a retracted position. A locking arm is coupled to the support around an articulation axis perpendicular to the longitudinal rectilinear direction and oscillates around the articulation axis between an unlocked position and a locked position. A transmission mechanism connects the locking arm to the main slider and is arranged to swing the locking arm from the unlocked position to the locked position and vice versa via movement of the main slider from the extracted position to the retracted position, and vice versa. An electromagnetic switch includes an electromagnet that drives a movable member associated with a locking pin arranged to lock the main slider in the retracted position.
OVEN
Provided herein is an oven in which a door has a double door structure that includes a first door formed of a transparent material and a second door formed of an opaque material to simultaneously ensure visibility and heat insulation. The oven includes a main body, a cooking compartment provided inside the main body and having an open front surface, a first door rotatably coupled to the main body to open and close the cooking compartment, formed of a transparent material to make an inside of the cooking compartment visible from the outside, and locked to and unlocked from the main body by a locking device, and a second door formed of an opaque material, rotatably coupled to a front surface of the first door, and locked to and unlocked from the first door by the locking device.
DOOR ASSEMBLY AND A COOKING APPLIANCE THEREWITH
A cooling appliance including a locking mechanism configured to fix the door to the main body at a different position from the latch mechanism, in a state where the door fixed to the main body by the latch mechanism closes the cooking chamber, wherein the locking mechanism provided in the door may include a shaft moved to a fixing position, at which the shaft is coupled to the hinge member, or a releasing position, at which the shaft is released from the coupling state, by a repeated pressing manipulation.
Controller and home appliance having automatic opening structure
A control method includes controlling a lever, a pusher and a motor so as to arrange the same in a correct position when electric power is supplied to the home appliance, or the user turns on the home appliance. Abnormalities involving an automatic opening of the door through changes in a return/stop switch and an opening sensing switch while the motor operates so as to open the door may be confirmed.
Cooking oven with cavity drawer having movable door
An oven including a chamber defining an oven cavity with an open front. A rack assembly is slidable between a retracted position and an extended position relative to the chamber. A door is provided for closing the open front. A hinge assembly connects the door to the rack assembly. The hinge assembly allows the door to slide between a first position and a second position with respect to the rack assembly. The hinge assembly includes a lock assembly for locking the rack assembly in the extended position. The lock assembly is moveable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The lock assembly is in the unlocked position when the door is in the first position thereby allowing the rack assembly to freely moved, and the lock assembly is in the locked position when the door is in the second position thereby securing the rack assembly in the extended position.
Locking mechanism and door opening control method
A locking mechanism and a door opening control method are provided for household appliances. The locking mechanism is provided on a front door panel of a door of a cooking machine and used for controlling the opening and closing of the door and includes: a lever which is mounted on the back surface of the front door panel and at least a portion of which protrudes from an opening provided on the front door panel to the front surface of the front door panel; an electromagnet which is mounted on the back surface of the front door panel and may be in a locked or unlocked state with respect to the lever. The locking of the door of the cooking machine may be realized through the cooperation between the electromagnet and the lever. Real-time control of the door may be realized to better ensure safety of the user.
Door for sealing a cooking chamber, which has a condensate collection device, and cooking appliance
A door for sealing a cooking chamber of a cooking appliance includes a rear wall and a condensate collection device for collecting a condensate draining from a rear side of the rear wall. The condensate collection device includes a collection and guide rail to collect condensate draining from the rear side and to divert the condensate in the direction of a collection container of the condensate collection device.
MODULAR DOOR-LOCK SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a door-lock system (S) for a household appliance, in which said household appliance is of the type comprising a frame and a door hinged to said frame, and in which said lock-door system (S) comprises: an engaging member (2), which can be fixed to said door of said household appliance, and comprising a prong (22) and a security member (23) arranged substantially parallel to said prong (22); and a door lock device (1).
The present invention also relates to an oven.
Heating apparatus
A heating apparatus includes a heating circuit configured to heat a product to be heated; a door; a door lock mechanism configured to lock the door with the door closed; and a processor configured to control the heating circuit and the door lock mechanism, wherein based on an indication of a heating time period and a “settling” time period, the processor causes the door lock mechanism to lock the door, with the door closed, from a beginning of the heating until an end of the “settling” time period.
LATCH MODULE AND AN APPLIANCE USING THE SAME
A latch module for controlling an opening and a closing of a door of an appliance includes a latch, a spring that applies an elastic force to the latch, a motor; and a cam that contacts a contact surface of the latch and is coupled to the motor to drive the cam to pivot the latch. The cam includes a first radius, a second radius, and a third radius in a circumferential direction at an outer circumference of the cam. The latch is positioned at a first basic position when the first radius of the cam contacts the contact surface of the latch, positioned at a second basic position when the second radius of the cam contacts the contact surface of the latch, and positioned at a third basic position when the third radius of the cam contacts the contact surface of the latch.
