The rack assembly includes a stationary member fixed in the inside of the cooking room; a moving member configured to slide out of the cooking room; a locking device installed in the stationary member, and configured to lock the stationary member to prevent the stationary member from escaping from the inside of the cooking room; and a noise reducing member configured to reduce noise that is generated when the locking device contacts with at least one of the stationary member and the moving member.
Oven
Disclosed herein is an oven having guide rails. The oven includes a coking compartment, a shelf member disposed at an inside the cooking compartment and provided such that food substance is mounted, a plurality of guide rails installed such that the shelf member is withdrawn from the cooking compartment, and a fixing wire installed as to connect the plurality of guide rails and having a plurality of contact units configured to make contact with the plurality of guide rails, respectively, and the at least one contact unit is formed while provided with a step. The left and right movements of guide rails may be able to be stabilized by use of the fixing wire stably coupled to the guide rails.
TELESKOPSCHIENE
The present invention shows a telescopic rail having at least one inner, middle, and outer rail element, wherein the inner and outer rail elements are each longitudinally displaceably supported at the middle rail element over rolling members that are guided in a rolling member cage. Provision is made in accordance with a first aspect that the rail elements are mechanically force-coupled via a rail synchronization arrangement such that on a longitudinal displacement of the outer rail element with respect to the inner rail element, the middle rail element is longitudinally displaced with respect to both the inner rail element and the outer rail element. Provision is made in accordance with a second aspect that at least one rolling member cage, and preferably both rolling member cages, is/are mechanically force-coupled to at least one of the rail elements via a respective rolling member cage synchronization arrangement such that a longitudinal displacement of the middle rail element with respect to the inner or outer rail elements results in a longitudinal displacement of the corresponding rolling member cage with respect to the middle rail element.
Slide device for movable rack
Provided is a slide device for a movable rack including: a mounting rack to be removably positioned at anyone of a plurality of mounting rail grooves formed in a storage space of a machine body and to support a movable to be pulled/pushed in both a forward/backward direction; a movable rack to be pulled/pushed in the forward/backward direction by a sliding motion on the mounting rack, to load/unload articles; a locking unit positioned in the rear inside the mounting rack, to fix the mounting rack to prevent the mounting rack from moving when the movable rack is pulled out from the mounting rack, wherein the locking unit includes: a locking member including a front to be connected to the mounting rack by a hinge and to pivot upwardly, a rear lower end with a locking groove and a middle lower part with an inclined operation piece; and a spring positioned between the locking member and the mounting rack, to elastically support the locking member; and a contact cap to receive the inclined operation piece of the locking member, to reduce in use any operation noise generated when the movable rack hits the locking member when the movable rack is pushed into the mounting rack.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SUBASSEMBLY FOR A DOMESTIC APPLIANCE, AND SUBASSEMBLY
In a method for producing a subassembly for a household appliance, at least one of a first rail and a separate second rail is cleaned by a mechanical and/or chemical cleaning operation. Subsequently the first and second rails are connected to one another so as to be able to slide relative to one another and thereby form a rail withdrawal device of the subassembly.
COOKING APPARATUS
A cooking apparatus includes a case including an inner case having a cooking chamber formed therein and an outer case configured to surround the inner case, and having an open front surface, a tray put on the cooking chamber, a door coupled to the front surface of the case and configured to selectively open and close the open front surface, an elevating device installed at left and right internal surfaces of the inner case and configured to move the tray in forward and backward directions and upward and downward directions, wherein the elevating device includes a fixed rail fixed to an internal side surface of the inner case, a moveable rail configured to slide and move in forward and backward directions in a state where the moveable rail is coupled to the fixed rail, a support link configured to connect a side surface of the tray and the moveable rail, and a manipulator connected to the moveable rail and the support link.
ROLLING BODY CAGE FOR A TELESCOPIC RAIL OR A LINEAR GUIDE
The present invention concerns a rolling body cage for a linear guide or telescopic rail having rail elements which are displaceable relative to each other, wherein the rolling body cage has at least one bottom portion extending in a longitudinal direction of the rolling body cage, side wall portions which are arranged parallel and which extend on mutually opposite sides of the bottom portion substantially perpendicularly therefrom and in which there are provided rolling body holding recesses for receiving and holding rolling bodies between the raceways of rail elements and at at least a first end of the rolling body cage a connecting bridge which extends between the side wall portions substantially perpendicularly thereto, wherein the bottom portion, the side wall portions and the connecting bridge are produced in one piece from a first plastic. It has been found that both abutment of the inner rail against the rolling body cage and also abutment of the rolling body cage against the end abutment of the outer rail can generate noise which is perceived to be annoying. Therefore an object of the present invention is to further reduce those abutment noises. To attain that object it is proposed according to the invention that a rolling body cage of the kind set forth in the opening part of this specification is provided, in which the connecting bridge at least on two mutually opposite end faces is surrounded by a damping element comprising a second plastic, wherein the second plastic is softer than the first plastic.
TELESCOPIC RAIL
The present application concerns a telescopic rail comprising a first rail element, at least one further rail element and at least one rolling body cage for positioning a plurality of rolling bodies between two rail elements, wherein the rolling body cage has at least two receiving limbs having a respective plurality of through openings, wherein the receiving limbs together have a cross-section partially enclosing an internal space, and a plurality of rolling bodies received in the through openings in the receiving limbs, wherein the rolling body cage is arranged with the rolling bodies between the first rail element and the further rail element. According to the invention it is proposed that such a telescopic rail be modified to such an effect that the telescopic rail has a first group of rolling bodies and the rolling bodies of the first group are made of graphite, wherein the telescopic rail has a second group of rolling bodies and the rolling bodies of the second group are made of a material which is of greater hardness than the graphite of the rolling bodies of the first group, and wherein at least two rolling bodies of the second group are respectively received in the through openings of at least two receiving limbs.
