Y-shaped oven flue
A gas oven includes an oven cavity, an oven door and a channel. The oven door is configured to provide access to the oven cavity. The channel is located above the oven cavity and includes an inlet in fluid communication with the oven cavity. The channel further includes a first outlet and a second outlet which are in fluid communication with an exterior of the gas oven. The channel is configured to allow gases in the oven cavity to enter the channel through the inlet and exit the channel through any of the first outlet and the second outlet. The first outlet and the second outlet are located higher than the inlet.
Cooling system for a cooking oven
A cooling system (12) for a cooking oven (10) is provided. The cooling system (12) has a first air path including a first suction area (28), at least one first fan (20) and a first air guidance (48) of a blowing-out area (30) connected in series. The cooling system (12) has a second air path including a second suction area, at least one second fan (22) and a second air guidance (50) of the blowing-out area (30) connected in series. The first suction area (28) is connected to an oven cavity (14) of the cooking oven (10) via an vapour outlet (32), so that the first air path is provided for conveying moist air. The second suction area is connected to the environment of the cooking oven (10), so that the second air path is provided for conveying dry air.
STEAM COOKER
A steam cooker includes a main body which includes an upper wall, a lower wall, side walls, and a rear wall, a cavity formed by the upper wall, the lower wall, side walls and the rear wall, a steam generator to generate steam, and a supply pipe to connect the steam generator and the cavity to supply the generated steam into the cavity. The supply pipe includes a first supply pipe which includes a first end connected to the steam generator and a second end, and a second supply pipe includes a first end connected to the upper wall of the cavity and a second end to be connected to the second end of the first supply pipe, and includes a condensation water guide portion formed to be inclined to prevent condensation water generated therein from being introduced into the cavity when the generated steam is supplied into the cavity.
Gas cooker and method of operation of such gas cooker
A gas cooker includes a housing delimiting an upper and a lower compartment divided by a plate and communicating through slits formed in the plate; a hob having a plurality of burners; an oven housed in the lower compartment and having a front opening, a pivoting door selectively closing the lower compartment, and a grill device; a front panel having controls elements connected to the burners and the oven; and an exhaust path for fumes and combustion products of the oven. The gas cooker further includes a folded metal sheet disposed in the upper compartment by the slits and having lateral edges contacting the plate to define a conduit between the slits and the exhaust path, and separate the exhaust path from the rest of the upper compartment which houses the control element, so as to prevent the control elements and the front panel from overheating.
HYDROPHOBIC FILTER IN OVEN AIR OULET
An oven comprises a cooking volume and a fluid inlet in fluid connection with the cooking volume for ingress of fluid into the cooking volume. The oven also comprises an outlet conduit in fluid communication with the cooking volume for egress of gas from the cooking volume. The oven further includes a hydrophobic filter in the outlet conduit configured to capture moisture from a flow of fluid egressing from the cooking volume.
OVEN AIR CURTAIN
An oven comprises an interior electronics cavity defined within electronics cavity walls. The oven includes an air inlet for receiving ambient air from an ambient space outside the electronics cavity into the interior electronics cavity and a first air outlet for returning steam laden air from a cooking space to the ambient space outside the cooking space. The oven also includes a second air outlet positioned to separate flow going into the air inlet from flow from the first air outlet. An air plenum can be defined outside of the cooking space, and the air inlet can be defined in a first portion of an exterior interface of the air plenum. The second air outlet can defined in a second portion of the exterior interface.
COOKING METHOD FOR OPERATING A COOKING DEVICE
A cooking method is used to prepare a food in the cooking chamber of a cooking device. The cooking chamber includes a first opening, a second opening and a closure for closing the second opening. Furthermore, the cooking device includes a temperature sensor arranged outside the cooking chamber for detecting gas volumes escaping from the cooking chamber through the first opening. During the cooking process, the closure is moved from a first position to a second position. After leaving the first position, a measurement is performed by means of the temperature sensor.
Multifunctional steam cooking appliance with active air inlet
A cooking appliance that uses steam to heat a food item includes a cooking chamber; a steam generator that generates steam to heat the food item; a heating element that generates heat to heat the food item; an outlet that fluidly connects the cooking chamber to a first external environment outside of the cooking chamber; and an active inlet that fluidly connects the cooking chamber to a second external environment outside of the cooking chamber. The active inlet has a blocking member that prevents a fluid from the second external environment from entering the cooking chamber though the active inlet, and an actuator that moves the blocking member between a closed position in which the blocking member prevents the fluid from entering the cooking chamber through the active inlet, and an open position in which the blocking member allows the fluid to enter the cooking chamber through the active inlet.
Exhaust gas mixing flue for gas appliance
A domestic cooking appliance includes: a main housing; a cooking compartment; a gas burner that provides heat to the cooking compartment; a cooling air passageway located between the cooking compartment and a rear wall of the main housing, the cooling air passageway being separated from the cooking compartment by a rear wall of the cooking compartment; and a gas flue. The gas flue has an exhaust gas inlet open to the cooking chamber, the exhaust inlet being located in a lower panel of the gas flue, a cooling air inlet open to the cooling air passageway, an outlet located above the exhaust gas inlet, above the cooling air inlet, and above an uppermost portion of the cooking compartment, and an upper deflector located above the outlet and angled relative to vertical at a non-zero first angle such that the upper deflector extends over at least a portion of the outlet.
COOKING APPLIANCE HAVING A FLUE
A cooking appliance includes a housing with a cooktop thereon. An oven is defined within the housing and is accessible via a door. A console extends upward from the cooktop and includes a front side that has a user interface and a rear side that is opposite the front side. A flue is configured to convey air from the oven cavity to the rear side of the console. A flue cover is coupled to the rear side of the console. The flue cover defines a chamber that has open upper and lower ends. The air conveyed from the oven cavity by the flue is configured to flow out of the rear side of the console into the chamber between the upper and lower ends.
