METHOD FOR PERFORMING A DRYING FUNCTION AFTER A COOKING FUNCTION OR STEAM COOKING FUNCTION
20220034518 · 2022-02-03 ·

The present invention relates to a method for performing a drying function after a cooking function, in particular after a steam cooking function, wherein said method comprises the steps of: running the cooking function or steam cooking function (12) for a predetermined time or being manually finished by the user, detecting and/or calculating (16; 26) at least one parameter value (Y; H; t.sub.e) after the cooking function or steam cooking function has been finished, comparing (18; 28) the detected and/or calculated parameter value (Y; H; t.sub.e) with a corresponding threshold parameter value (Yth; Hth; t.sub.eth), checking, if the drying function is required, and running the drying function (22) if required.

Vent hood assembly

A kitchen vent hood includes a body defining an inclined front face having a vent inlet thereon. A front panel assembly is hingedly coupled with the body and extends along the inclined front face of the body. The front panel assembly includes a vent grate extending across a width of the vent hood body and at least partially covering the vent inlet. A panel bracket extends forward from the vent hood body at a position adjacent to and above the vent grate. An upper panel is coupled with the panel bracket and extends oppositely from the vent grate to define an open space adjacent the front face of the body. A light source is mounted within the panel bracket and is positioned to direct light outwardly therefrom and over the vent grate.

METHOD FOR INTELLIGENTLY PREVENTING AND HANDLING INDOOR AIR POLLUTION

A method for intelligently preventing and handling indoor air pollution is adapted to be implement in an indoor space. The method includes providing an outdoor gas detector to detect a polluted gas in an outdoor space and transmit an outdoor gas detection data; providing an indoor gas detector to detect a polluted gas in the indoor space and transmit an indoor gas detection data; and providing an indoor gas exchange system including a gas exchanger. The gas exchanger compares the outdoor gas detection data with the indoor detection data and controls the polluted gas in the indoor space to determine if the gas exchange function should be performed. Therefore, the indoor gas detection data of the polluted gas in the indoor space is decreased to a safety detection value and the polluted gas in the indoor space becomes a clean, safe, and breathable gas.
