A fume extractor device for a hob includes an air intake opening via which air is sucked downward, and a fan which includes a fan housing, a fan wheel received in the fan housing, and a motor received in the fan housing and operably connected to the fan wheel The fan housing has an upper face which includes an air inlet opening. Means for removing impurities in the fume extractor device are provided only in a flow direction downstream of the air inlet opening of the fan housing.
RANGE HOOD SUPPORT LIFT
A range hood support lift for positioning and supporting the weight of range hoods, exhaust vents, microwave ovens, and the like during the installation process. The range hood support lift includes a support section having a plurality of support arms. A base section includes a plurality of legs and a scissor section separates the plurality of legs. In use, the base section adjusts the height of the support section above the base section and the scissor section adjusts the distance between the plurality of legs.
SYSTEMS FOR MOUNTING KITCHEN EXTRACTOR HOODS AND METHODS FOR EXECUTING THE MOUNTING
The invention relates to a system for mounting a kitchen extractor hood to a vertical wall (1) of a kitchen between a pair of hanging cabinets (2, 3) of the kitchen furniture, which have a given depth (H) relative to the surface (1) of the wall, such system comprising: a hood comprising filter devices (5) for filtering the extracted air, an extraction motor unit (8), a channel for ejecting the extracted air and a casing having an inverted T-shape, wherein the casing comprises a horizontal bar (4) configured to contain the filter devices (5) for filtering the extracted air and a vertical stem (7) configured to contain the extractor motor unit (8) and the channel for ejecting the extracted air; a first frame (9), adapted to be secured to the vertical wall (1) of the kitchen, between the pair of hanging cabinets (2, 3), such first frame (9) having means for supporting the extraction motor unit (8) of the hood and means (18) for adjusting the position of the extraction motor unit (8) relative to the wall (1), based on the depth (H) of the hanging elements; a second frame (19), adapted to be placed and fixed above the first frame (9), such second frame (19) having means (20, 21) for receiving and holding the casing of the hood; wherein the first frame (9) comprises right-angled elements (10, 11), whose vertical long sides are adapted to be fixed to the wall (1) by expansion means (12, 13, 14), such right-angled elements (10, 11) of the first frame (9) comprise overhanging short sides (15, 16), perpendicular to the wall (1) of the kitchen, when the frame is attached thereto, such short sides (15, 16) forming a bracket (17) for positioning and supporting the extraction motor unit (8).
KITCHEN VENTILATION SYSTEM
The present disclosure describes a kitchen ventilation system to be installed in an opening in a wall, including a removable panel and a fan. The removable panel is disposed within an inner perimeter of the opening such that at least one airflow gap is formed between an outer perimeter of the panel and the inner perimeter of the opening and the fan is in fluid communication with the opening in the wall. The removable panel comprises a planar expanse and a raised lip around the outer perimeter, such that the panel is configured to hold one or more wall covering materials secured thereon.
Range hood
A range hood, including a housing with an opening at one side and a fume inlet panel component which is provided on the housing, the fume inlet panel component is provided at the opening of the housing, a fan is provided in an inner cavity of the housing, the fume inlet panel component is configured in such a way that at least a region of the opening of the housing corresponding to the fan can be opened, and the fan can be removed from the region. When the fan and an inner surface of a volute need to be cleaned, a user can conveniently remove the fan from one side of the fume inlet panel component and clean the removed fan and access an interior of the volute to clean an inside surface of the volute, ensuring extraction capability and increasing a service life of the range hood.
Over The Stove Microwave Exhaust Extension
A hood extension assembly for use with an above the stove microwave having a built-in ventilation system. The hood extension assembly is fixedly or movably mountable to an underside of an above the stove microwave or to the surrounding cabinetry. A skirt body of a hood panel sloped downward from back to front extends from the front of the microwave to extend over and cover the front burners of the stove or cooktop. A pair of side panels attach to the hood panel and extend rearward to protect the surrounding cabinetry. The pair of side panels may attach directly to the underside of the microwave or to a bracket component attachable to the underside of the microwave.
Control panel mechanism of a range hood
The present invention discloses a control panel mechanism of a range hood. The control panel mechanism comprises a glass panel (1) and a control component (2), a plurality of mounting plates (4) each having two ends are disposed on the back of the glass panel (1), one end of each mounting plate (4) is connected to the control component (2) by a plurality of first fasteners (6); the mounting plates (4) are detachably connected to a front side plate (31) of a housing (2) of the range hood, and the mounting plates (4) is attached to a top plate (32) of the housing (2) by a second fastener (7). So that it is very convenient to assemble and disassemble the control component.
Range hood installation system
A mounting bracket mountable to the underside of the cabinet prior to the range hood and configured to engage and support the range hood as the range hood is secured to the cabinet. The mounting bracket having a support feature engagable to the range hood to hold the range hood proximate the cabinet while fasteners are sunk to secure the range hood to the cabinet. The mounting brackets are pre-positioned on the cabinet such that range hood is aligned with the cabinet when the range hood is supported by the support feature. The smaller mounting brackets can be more easily mounted in the proper position on the cabinet then the larger range 10 hood speeding the installation process and reducing errors.
Kitchen hood with height adjustment
A kitchen hood has a first housing and a second housing that slides into and out of the first housing to adjust a length of the kitchen hood. The first housing has a fan to suction air, an outlet, and an air quality sensor assembly to continuously detect air quality in a kitchen. The second housing has an inlet and suction grill through which air is suctioned, a steam cleaning assembly to automatically steam clean an interior of the kitchen hood, and a height sensing assembly to sense a height of cookware seated on a cooktop surface below the second housing. The kitchen hood may be lengthened or shortened based on the sensed height of the cookware, and a speed of the fan and the height of the kitchen hood may be automatically adjusted based on detections by the air quality sensor assembly.
