A toilet includes a basin, a rim, and a heated water cleaning system. The basin includes a bow 1. The rim includes a rim aperture in fluid communication with the bow 1. The heated water cleaning system includes a heated water delivery channel and a heated water generator. The heated water delivery channel is positioned proximate the rim aperture. The heated water generator is in fluid communication with the heated water delivery channel. The heated water generator is configured to receive water, produce heated water, and provide the heated water to the heated water delivery channel. The heated water generator includes a heated water generator tank and a heater. The heated water generator tank is configured to contain at least one of water or heated water. The heater is positioned within the heated water generator tank.
Toilet with heated water cleaning system
A toilet includes a basin, a rim, and a heated water cleaning system. The basin includes a bowl. The rim includes a rim aperture in fluid communication with the bowl.
WATER HEATER CONTROLLED BY FREQUENCY REGULATION OF INVERTER
A water heater may operate according to different modes. The water heater may include a storage tank configured to store water, at least one sensor configured to sense a temperature of the water and a temperature related to an outside of the water heater, a first heater assembly (comprising a heating element) configured to heat the water, a first controller configured to control the first heater assembly, a second heater assembly (comprising a heat pump system) configured to heat the water, an inverter connected with the heat pump system, and a second controller configured to control the heat pump system by adjusting an output frequency of the inverter.
Load Based Hot Water Temperature Control
A hot water delivery system includes a water heater, a mixing valve that is coupled to the output of the water heater, and a plurality of loads that are coupled to the output of the mixing valve. A load set point temperature of each load that is representative of a maximum temperature of the hot water that is to be delivered to the respective load is set by a user. Responsive to detecting the occurrence of an event associated with a load of the plurality of loads, a controller of the water heater controls the mixing valve to adjust the temperature of the hot water from the water heater to the load set point temperature associated with the load, provided the load set point temperature of the load is different from a water heater set point temperature at which the water heater maintains the hot water therein.
APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR HEATING WATER WITH REFRIGERANT FROM AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
An apparatus for heating water has a tank for storing water and an air conditioning system that defines a refrigerant flow path through which refrigerant flows. The refrigerant flow path passes through the heat exchanger so that refrigerant heat is contributed to the tank. A control system controls operation of the water heating apparatus.
HEATING GROUP
A domestic water heating group includes a heat source; storage tank. A heat exchanger includes inlet and outlet sections, the the inlet and outlet being in fluid communication with: a water supply system, a water usage system and the tank. The water is heated to, towards the tank, a storage temperature TAC and/or towards the usage system at a supply temperature TER, mixer group is upstream of the inlet of the exchanger group and has first and second inlet ports connected to the supply system, tank, exchanger group The mixer receives the domestic water, at a low temperature TIN, the heated domestic water at the second inlet port, and mixes the water thus received and provides at the outlet port, in fluid connection with the exchanger group, the mixed domestic water having an intermediate temperature TINT included between the temperature TIN and the temperature TAC.
HEATING AND HOT-WATER-SUPPLY APPARATUS
A heating and hot-water-supply apparatus is provided with: a control unit that performs control on the basis of detection parameters of a plurality of detection means installed at the aforementioned locations and a setting parameter set in an operation unit. The distribution means can adjust the distribution ratio so as to correspond to a heating operation, a hot-water supply operation, and the simultaneous heating and hot-water-supply operation. The control unit prohibits the simultaneous heating and hot-water-supply operation in a case in which the required heating capacity for the hot-water supply operation calculated on the basis of the detection parameters and the setting parameter is equal to or greater than a predetermined standard capacity.
Energy generating system for supplying energy to a premises
An energy generating system for generating thermal energy and electrical energy for a premises. The system includes an engine that drives an AC power generator to supply supplemental or standby power to the premises. The thermal energy given off by the engine is also coupled to the premises to provide heat thereto. A processor controls the various parameters of both the energy generating system and the premises to coordinate the proper heating and cooling thereof.
Hot water tank
A water heater includes a water tank and a flow-through heating element. The water tank contains heated water. The flow-through heating element is located in the lower portion of the water tank and heats water as water is passed through an interior channel of the heating element. In another configuration, the water heater further includes a recirculation line and the heating element further includes an input end external of the water tank to receive water to be heated and an output end to output heated water into the water tank. The recirculation line transports water from the water tank to the input end of the heating element that is external of the water tank.
