Disclosed is an air conditioner including a structure preventing dew from forming on a surface of a cabinet. The air conditioner includes a housing including an inlet through which air is introduced and an outlet through which air is discharged, a heat exchanger disposed between the inlet and the outlet, a blower disposed inside the housing to suck air through the inlet and to discharge air through the outlet, a discharge panel disposed in front of the housing which includes the outlet, the discharge panel including a plurality of holes through which air discharged from the outlet passes, and an airflow guide disposed between the discharge panel and the blower and configured to guide air discharged from the blower in at least two directions.

MULTI-MODES AIR HANDLING SYSTEM AND METHOD

The present invention relates to a multi-modes heat exchanger and air ventilation system and method. The system's different modes are possible with the rotation of fan assemblies allowing airflow into specific ducts, thus acting both as fans and as valves. Each air handing unit is connected to a centralized network which allows the control of multiple units simultaneously in response to interior or exterior air characteristics.

An electric motor includes a stator, a rotor, and a magnetic sensor. The stator has an iron core and a magnetic flux coil. The rotor has a rotary shaft and a cylindrical rotor magnet. The magnetic sensor has a sensor unit that outputs an electric signal based on an applied magnetic flux. The rotor magnet is disposed so as to face the iron core of the stator. The rotor magnet has a main magnet unit and a sensor magnet unit that is formed integrally with the main magnet unit and has an external diameter smaller than an external diameter of the main magnet unit. The magnetic sensor is disposed beside the sensor magnet unit. An outer circumferential edge of the sensor magnet unit is located farther away from the rotary shaft than a center of the sensor unit. The magnetic sensor is configured such that a center of the sensor unit and a center of the magnetic sensor do not match each other, and the center of the sensor unit is closer to the sensor magnet unit than the center of the magnetic sensor.

The first portion has a first surface in contact with the first space, and a second surface on a side opposite to the first surface. A through hole penetrates from the first surface to the second surface in the first portion. The sealing member is disposed on a side of the stator opposite to the rotor, and is fixed to the frame so a second space between the sealing member and the stator does not communicate with an external space other than the first space.

During mounting, pre-assembly is first performed and then general assembly is performed; in such manner, the time needed to assemble the whole unit may be reduced.
