More particularly, in the present invention an atmospheric air is sucked into the air flow channel by the air driving means, wherein the air stream passes under a fluid spray, whereupon a dust particles, pollutants and particulate matters are absorbed by the fluid coming in contact with it and the filtered air exits through the air outlet.
