Consequent pole type rotor, motor having the same, compressor having the same, and fan having the same
A rotor includes a rotation shaft, a rotor core, and a permanent magnet. The rotor core includes a shaft fixing part having a shaft insertion hole in which the rotation shaft is inserted, an annular magnet holding part surrounding the shaft fixing part from outside in a radial direction about a central axis of the rotation shaft and being distanced from the shaft fixing part, and a connecting part connecting the shaft fixing part and the magnet holding part to each other. The permanent magnet is mounted in the magnet holding part and forms a first magnetic pole. A portion of the magnet holding part adjacent to the permanent magnet in a circumferential direction forms a second magnetic pole. The connecting part has at least two ribs distanced from each other in the direction of the central axis.

Low cost, rugged, lightweight environmental control unit
An air conditioning apparatus for cooling and/or dehumidifying an interior space, such as the interior of a shelter or tent that provides for simplified manufacturing, simplified inspection and servicing, reduced noise, reduced vibration, reduced weight, increased ruggedness and health monitoring. Structural components of the apparatus are fabricated from foam-filled molded parts with interlocking components, and the unit is assembled and tested without any outside cover, but once the cover is installed, additional structural strength is obtained from the cover. A refrigerant flow sensor along with other sensors are used to determine actual real time cooling capacity measurements and health monitoring.
Air conditioner with water removal
An air-conditioner having a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, and a first water container for collection of condensed water in the air conditioner. The air-conditioner has at least one ultrasonic atomizer arranged to atomize water in the water container.

Mobile air conditioner
A mobile air conditioner, comprising: a first heat exchanger, having a first interface and a second interface for a refrigerant to enter and exit; a phase-change energy storage heat exchange device, including a second heat exchanger and a phase-change energy storage working medium, wherein the second heat exchanger and the phase-change energy storage working medium may exchange heat therebetween, and the second heat exchanger has a third interface and a fourth interface for the refrigerant to enter and exit; a first refrigerant pipeline, connected to the first interface and the third interface; and a second refrigerant pipeline, connected to the second interface and the fourth interface.
Measuring system
A measuring system includes a temperature-variable container, an optical device and an air conditioner. The temperature-variable container includes a transparent plate. The optical device includes a first optical sensor unit and a second optical sensor unit. The air conditioner is disposed between the transparent plate and the optical device.

Environmental control unit
An environmental control unit, such as an HVAC or heat pump unit, includes a housing which contains four main components: a blower which draws air into the housing via an air inlet and exhausts air from the housing via an air outlet; a first heat exchanger that exchanges heat through the air and is located between the air inlet and the blower; a second heat exchanger, which exchanges heat through water and is disposed in the second area of the housing; and a compressor. The environmental control unit having a predetermined set of parts can be arranged in multiple configurations to meet installation requirements, where configurations include air entering from the left side or, alternatively, from the right of the environmental control unit. The configurations utilize the same parts and provide front-facing access to fluid connections and the control board.
OCCUPANCY BASED METHOD OF OPERATING A HEAT PUMP AIR CONDITIONER UNIT
An air conditioner unit includes a compressor for circulating refrigerant through refrigeration loop, an indoor fan, and an outdoor fan. A controller is configured to operate the air conditioner unit in a standard mode of operation to heat a room, determine that an occupant is present in the room, and operate the air conditioner unit in an occupant mode of operation in response to determining that the occupant is present in the room. The occupant mode of operation includes adjusting at least one operating parameter of the air conditioner unit to increase a discharge temperature of a flow of indoor air relative to the standard mode of operation.
