A dehumidifier with a nesting sensor is provided. The dehumidifier system includes a condensate tank and a dehumidifier that may be positionable between at least one deployed configuration and at least one stowed configuration relative to the condensate tank. The stowed configuration has the apparatus nested within an internal volume of the condensate tank. The dehumidifier system includes a protuberance on the bottom of the condensate tank to activate a switch of the dehumidifier, and a magnet on the bottom of the condensate tank to activate a Hall-effect sensor of the dehumidifier.

A single-package air conditioning appliance includes a housing defining an outdoor portion and an indoor portion. An outdoor heat exchanger assembly is disposed in the outdoor portion. The outdoor heat exchanger assembly includes an outdoor heat exchanger and an outdoor fan. An indoor heat exchanger assembly is disposed in the indoor portion. The indoor heat exchanger assembly includes an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan. A compressor is in fluid communication with the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger to circulate a refrigerant between the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger. The single-package air conditioner unit also includes a make-up air module mounted on an external surface of the housing.

Air conditioning appliance with external make-up air module

A single-package air conditioning appliance includes a housing defining an outdoor portion and an indoor portion. An outdoor heat exchanger assembly is disposed in the outdoor portion. The outdoor heat exchanger assembly includes an outdoor heat exchanger and an outdoor fan. An indoor heat exchanger assembly is disposed in the indoor portion. The indoor heat exchanger assembly includes an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan. A compressor is in fluid communication with the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger to circulate a refrigerant between the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger. The single-package air conditioner unit also includes a make-up air module mounted on an external surface of the housing.

A window air conditioner is provided. The window air conditioner has a housing, an indoor air duct shell, an outdoor air duct shell and a fresh air duct shell. The housing has an indoor air inlet and an indoor air outlet communicated by an indoor air duct formed by the indoor air duct shell. The housing also has an outdoor air inlet and an outdoor air outlet communicated by an outdoor air duct. A fresh air opening communicated with the indoor air duct is provided on the back surface of the indoor air duct shell. The outdoor air duct shell forms a high-pressure area of the outdoor air duct and has a vent for an airflow in the high-pressure area of the outdoor air duct to pass. The fresh air duct shell has a fresh air duct communicating the vent with the fresh air opening.

When the water tank is installed in place, the abutment member presses the micro switch, the micro switch connects the water pump to a power supply, and the water pump inlet pipe is communicated with the water tank outlet pipe.

The dehumidifier may be positioned directly above a floor drain and/or a drain within a utility sink during operation. The dehumidifier may include a pump. The dehumidifier may include one or more sensors.

The air conditioner apparatus according to the present invention includes: a case which forms a first common passage, and a second common passage; and a suction guide which is disposed in each of the first common passage and the second common passage, which guides air flown into the case to a first desiccant heat exchanger which is disposed in the first common passage or a second desiccant heat exchanger which is disposed in the second common passage, and which forms a compressor accommodation chamber where a compressor is accommodated, wherein at least two cooling holes for sending some of the air flown into the case to the compressor accommodation chamber and for sending air flowing inside the compressor accommodation chamber to the first common passage or the second common passage are formed in the suction guide.
