The air conditioner apparatus according to the present invention includes: a case which forms a first common passage, and a second common passage; and a suction guide which is disposed in each of the first common passage and the second common passage, which guides air flown into the case to a first desiccant heat exchanger which is disposed in the first common passage or a second desiccant heat exchanger which is disposed in the second common passage, and which forms a compressor accommodation chamber where a compressor is accommodated, wherein at least two cooling holes for sending some of the air flown into the case to the compressor accommodation chamber and for sending air flowing inside the compressor accommodation chamber to the first common passage or the second common passage are formed in the suction guide.

A method of controlling an in-wall dehumidifier is disclosed. The method includes setting the dehumidifier to a defrost mode if the dehumidifier has been operating in a dehumidifying mode for less than a predetermined amount of time and a measured evaporator coil temperature is less than a first evaporator coil temperature set point. The method further includes setting the dehumidifier to the defrost mode if the dehumidifier has been operating in the dehumidifying mode for equal to or greater than the predetermined amount of time and a measured evaporator coil temperature is less than a second evaporator coil temperature set point that is higher than the first evaporator coil temperature set point.

A method for controlling a multifunctional fan includes configuring a functional space and providing a water supply unit at a top end of the functional space; optionally providing a honeycomb or an air filter unit in the functional space; and when the honeycomb is provided in the functional space, providing, by the water supply unit, dampening water for the honeycomb. The present invention can selectively achieve the effect of air humidification or air purification by using a honeycomb or an air filter unit as needed, and the water-cooled fan of the present invention has high intelligence. A multi-purpose set reduces the cost.
