A method of providing a climate-controlled environment 360 degrees around an excavated targeted section of transmission pipeline used to transport natural gas and petroleum products and the like by providing a flexible air supportable enclosure, which targeted section of pipeline contains a defect that is capable of threatening the integrity of said pipeline and that needs to be repaired by a work crew.
P.A.C.K (Portable Air Conditioner Kit)
The P.A.C.K is designed to provide the individual with continuous refreshing air during extreme weather. The P.A.C.K mounts a fan pointed upward towards the users' body. The innovative aspect of the P.A.C.K is that it is a “hands free” portable device that allows the user to be active all the while with both hands available for work unlike the existing devices that requires the use of one hand limiting the activity of the user. This is achieved by attaching the unit to the users' pant belt. The P.A.C.K has an element guard that channels the air towards the body.

Foldably Packed Temperature Adjustment Fan and Folding Method Thereof
The present invention provides a foldably packed temperature adjustment fan, which comprises a water tank assembly, having a water storage cavity; and a shell assembly, mounted on a top of the water tank assembly, wherein the shell assembly comprises a plurality of side plate assemblies for surrounding and forming an airflow cavity and a top plate assembly, at least a part of the side plate assemblies are respectively utilized as a whole body and are detachably mounted on an edge of the top of the water tank assembly, and at least a part of the side plate assemblies can be completely accommodated in the water storage cavity after being detached. The present invention further provides a folding method of the foldably packed temperature adjustment fan. When the temperature adjustment fan of the present invention is used, its appearance is the same as that of a normal unit; during packing, a rear plate assembly, a left side plate assembly and a right side plate assembly can be completely accommodated in the water tank assembly, a front panel assembly does not need to be detached, and as long as the front panel assembly is turned over, fast folding is completed; and the package size is small, associated components are less, and logistics transportation is convenient.
AIR CONDITIONER WITH BIPOLAR IONIZATION ASSEMBLY
An air treatment system comprises an air conditioner; a bipolar ionization assembly; and a power supply. The air conditioner may portable and include a wheeled housing; an evaporator or entry grill for ambient air; a condenser grill for hot air discharge; a cold air supply discharge grate; a motor; an evaporator coil; and an evaporator blower intake. The bipolar ionization assembly includes electrical leads, and is mounted by a bracket to the evaporator blower intake to position the electrical leads within the air stream of the evaporator blower intake. The power supply is operably connected to the portable air conditioner and to the bipolar ionization assembly. When mounted in the air conditioner, the bipolar ionization assembly creates an antimicrobial plasma capable of killing harmful pathogens including bacteria, mycoplasma, viruses, mold and odors, and reducing the presence of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's), particulates, and static electricity in the air.

A mobile air conditioner, comprising: a first heat exchanger, having a first interface and a second interface for a refrigerant to enter and exit; a phase-change energy storage heat exchange device, including a second heat exchanger and a phase-change energy storage working medium, wherein the second heat exchanger and the phase-change energy storage working medium may exchange heat therebetween, and the second heat exchanger has a third interface and a fourth interface for the refrigerant to enter and exit; a first refrigerant pipeline, connected to the first interface and the third interface; and a second refrigerant pipeline, connected to the second interface and the fourth interface.
