Air conditioning system
In an air conditioning system which conditions air in one air-conditioning-target space with a plurality of air conditioners each including a compressor, the energy consumption efficiency as a whole is improved. The air conditioners (21 to 29) each include a service-side heat exchanger exchanging heat between air of a room which is the air-conditioning-target space and a refrigerant, a heat-source-side heat exchanger exchanging heat between air of a common space and the refrigerant, and a compressor (41 to 49) compressing the refrigerant circulating through the service-side heat exchanger and the heat-source-side heat exchanger. When an air conditioning capacity falls within a predetermined range for at least two of the plurality of air conditioners (21 to 29), part of the air conditioners whose compressors are in operation has its compressor stopped.
AIR CONDITIONER
An air conditioner includes an outdoor unit having a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger. A ventilator connected to the outdoor unit by refrigerant pipes allows outside air to pass through a heat exchanger and flow into an indoor space, and allows indoor air to pass through the heat exchanger and flow to an outdoor space. The ventilator includes a supply passage through which the outside air flows into the indoor space, and a discharge passage through which the indoor air is discharged to the outdoor space. The ventilaro also includes a main heat exchanger in the supply passage and a recovery heat exchanger in the discharge passage. A refrigerant distributor supplies the refrigerant from the outdoor unit to the main heat exachager or the recovery heat exchanger, vice-versa. A reheat exchanger in the supply passage heats the air flowing therethrough.

System and Method for Heating and Cooling
An HVAC system is provided. Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to an HVAC system in which multiple indoor units are coupled to central outdoor unit, where at least one of the indoor units is configured to provide conditioned air through ductwork and at least one indoor unit is configured to provide conditioned air without ductwork. Moreover, a gas furnace can be provided in the system, for harsher environments that benefit from more robust heating. Additional systems, devices, and methods are also disclosed.

Systems and methods for temperature and humidity control
A residential HVAC system includes, a compressor, and an outdoor unit controller in communication with the compressor. The outdoor unit controller is configured to receive an indoor ambient temperature and a temperature set point. The outdoor unit controller is further configured to determine an outdoor ambient temperature, and to determine an operating value for the compressor based on a percentage of a delta between a minimum operating value of the compressor and a maximum operating value of the compressor, plus the minimum operating value. The minimum operating value and the maximum operating value are based on the determined outdoor ambient temperature. The percentage of the delta is based on a predefined temperature differential multiplier and one or more time dependent multipliers. The outdoor unit controller is further configured to modify the current operating value of the compressor with the determined operating value.
Systems and methods for temperature and humidity control
A residential HVAC system includes, a compressor, and an outdoor unit controller in communication with the compressor. The outdoor unit controller is configured to receive an indoor ambient temperature and a temperature set point. The outdoor unit controller is further configured to determine an outdoor ambient temperature, and to determine an operating value for the compressor based on a percentage of a delta between a minimum operating value of the compressor and a maximum operating value of the compressor, plus the minimum operating value. The minimum operating value and the maximum operating value are based on the determined outdoor ambient temperature. The percentage of the delta is based on a predefined temperature differential multiplier and one or more time dependent multipliers. The outdoor unit controller is further configured to modify the current operating value of the compressor with the determined operating value.

Disclosed are: an accumulator fixing device for a compressor, the device being capable of minimizing the generation of vibration and noise; and an air-conditioning apparatus including the same. The disclosed accumulator fixing device comprises: fixing members fixedly provided to an outer side of a compressor; a first supporting member fixing a portion of the accumulator together with the fixing member while encompassing the circumference thereof; and a second supporting member fixing another portion of the accumulator together with the fixing member while encompassing the same, wherein the first supporting member and the second supporting member are arranged to be spaced from each other by a preset gap.

Disclosed are: an accumulator fixing device for a compressor, the device being capable of minimizing the generation of vibration and noise; and an air-conditioning apparatus including the same. The disclosed accumulator fixing device comprises: fixing members fixedly provided to an outer side of a compressor; a first supporting member fixing a portion of the accumulator together with the fixing member while encompassing the circumference thereof; and a second supporting member fixing another portion of the accumulator together with the fixing member while encompassing the same, wherein the first supporting member and the second supporting member are arranged to be spaced from each other by a preset gap.

A compressor cover includes a side cover that surrounds a side peripheral surface of a compressor and a top cover provided above the compressor to cover along with the side cover, the compressor. The top cover has a first slope that extends such that an outer peripheral portion of the top cover is located lower than a central portion of the top cover.
