OUTDOOR UNIT OF AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS
An outdoor unit of an air-conditioning apparatus is provided with an outdoor heat exchanger configured to cause refrigerant that flows in the outdoor heat exchanger and air to exchange heat with each other, a plurality of outdoor fans each configured to rotate by driving of a motor and send air to the outdoor heat exchanger, and a controller configured to control the driving of the motor. When operation of one of the plurality of outdoor fans is stopped, the controller is configured to control the motor such that a rotation frequency of each of the plurality of outdoor fans that is in operation after operation of the one of the plurality of outdoor fans is stopped is higher than a rotation frequency of each of the plurality of outdoor fans that is in operation before operation of the one of the plurality of outdoor fans is stopped.
AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WITH FAN PERFORMANCE MONITORING BY A TEMPERATURE SENSOR
An air conditioning appliance includes a heat exchanger disposed within a housing. A compressor is in fluid communication with the heat exchanger. The compressor is operable to circulate refrigerant through the heat exchanger. A fan is disposed within the housing. The fan is operable to flow air over the heat exchanger. A circuit board is disposed within the housing, and a heat sink is mounted to the circuit board. The heat sink positioned such that the fan flows air over the heat sink during operation of the fan. A temperature sensor is disposed at one or both of the heat sink and the circuit board. A controller is in operative communication with the temperature sensor. The controller is configured to receive a signal from the temperature sensor corresponding to a temperature measurement and to activate an alert at least partially in response to the temperature measurement exceeding a temperature limit.
Refrigeration cycle apparatus
A refrigeration cycle apparatus (1) is capable of performing a refrigeration cycle using a small-GWP refrigerant. The refrigeration cycle apparatus (1) includes a refrigerant circuit (10) and a refrigerant enclosed in the refrigerant circuit (10). The refrigerant circuit includes a compressor (21), a condenser (23), a decompressing section (24), and an evaporator (31). The refrigerant contains at least 1,2-difluoroethylene.

FAN AND AIR CONDITIONER
A fan includes a rotor having a shaft, a rotor core having an annular shape about a center axis of the shaft, and a permanent magnet fixed to the rotor core, the permanent magnet forming a magnet magnetic pole, a part of the rotor core forming a virtual magnetic pole, a stator surrounding the rotor from outside in a radial direction about the center axis, a rotating blade fixed to the shaft and formed of a nonmagnetic material, and a frame surrounding the stator from outside in the radial direction and formed of a nonmagnetic material.
ROTOR, MOTOR, FAN, AND AIR CONDITIONER
A rotor includes a rotor core having an outer circumference extending in a circumferential direction about an axis and having magnet insertion holes, and permanent magnets disposed in the magnet insertion holes. The permanent magnet constitutes a magnet magnetic pole, and a part of the rotor core constitutes a virtual magnetic pole. The width of the virtual magnetic pole in the circumferential direction is narrower than the width of the permanent magnet in the circumferential direction. The rotor core has at least one slit at the virtual magnetic pole.
