Evaporative HVAC apparatus
An evaporative HVAC apparatus is disclosed. In at least one embodiment, the apparatus provides an at least one absorbent wicking layer having a first surface and an opposing second surface, and an at least one thermal layer also having a first surface and an opposing second surface. The second surface of the at least one thermal layer is formed immediately adjacent to the first surface of the at least one wicking layer. An at least one fluid line is in fluid communication with the at least one wicking layer. Thus, a fluid is selectively delivered to the wicking layer through the at least one fluid line which, in turn, permeates the at least one thermal layer and evaporates into the air located immediately adjacent the exposed first surface of the at least one thermal layer, thereby affecting the temperature of the air.
Droplet evaporation based self-cleaning humidification device
Disclosed herein is a self-cleaning evaporation type humidification apparatus. The self-cleaning humidification apparatus is a floating drop evaporation type humidification apparatus of a new concept using a super hydrophobic surface, which provides safe humidification and does not require maintenance and repair, such as cleaning, by naturally or forcedly evaporating floating drops through control of the floating drops in the super hydrophobic surface based on the self-cleaning function, virus reproduction inhibition function, and water-repellant function of the super hydrophobic surface.

ServoCool water evaporative refrigeration cycle
The technology disclosed is a two stage Indirect/Direct Evaporative Cooling (IDEC) cycle whose novel closed loop topology compels system convergence to a stable operating state, wherein air cooling takes place mostly in the indirect stage. The direct stage then serves principally as a water chiller for that process.

CONTACTOR MODULE AND CONTACTOR PANEL INCLUDING CONTACTOR MODULE
A contactor module for a contactor panel includes a frame member and a contactor media coupled to the frame member. The contractor module defines a first side and a second side. The contactor media includes at least one first membrane array including a plurality of first hollow fibers extending along a first fiber axis. The at least one first membrane array defines a first axis. Further, the contactor module includes at least one second membrane array including a plurality of second hollow fibers extending along a second fiber axis. The at least one second membrane array defines a second axis. The at least one first membrane array and the at least one second membrane array is disposed such that a first inclination angle is defined between the first axis and the second axis. Moreover, the first inclination angle is greater than zero degree and less than 180 degrees.
Evaporative cooler
An evaporative cooler having a pressurized water distribution system that provides even water distribution to evaporative media pads within the evaporative cooler, even when the evaporative pads are canted and/or are not in perfect alignment. In one embodiment, the evaporative cooler includes a weatherproof sealing assembly that is transitionable between an open position and a closed position. In one embodiment, the evaporative cooler includes a reservoir having a plurality of ribs on a bottom surface to facilitate seating the evaporative cooler on a roof during installation. A method of installing an evaporative cooler including mounting at least a portion of the evaporative cooler to a dropper before securing the dropper to the roof.
