FREESTANDING ENCLOSED OFFICE WITH WALL SUPPORT STRUCTURE
A system for creating an enclosed room, such as an office, in an open space that has a floor and a ceiling. The system includes a support frame that is self-supported on the floor of the open space. The support frame includes a series of head rails supported by a series of vertical columns resting on the floor. The vertical columns support a series of wall panels and the head rails support a ceiling such that the ceiling is supported by the support frame independent of the wall panels. The ceiling of the enclosed room is created by a series of ceiling panels and at least one air intake panel and at least one air exhaust panel. The air exhaust panel includes an exhaust fan that removes air from within the enclosed room and draws fresh air into the enclosed room. The ceiling can include a plurality of adjustable louvers and lighting.
EXTRACTOR WITH SEGMENTED POSITIVE PRESSURE AIRFLOW SYSTEM
An extractor system includes a negative pressure gas stream source, a negative pressure conduit, a positive pressure gas stream source, a plurality of positive pressure gas stream manifolds, and an operator interface. The negative pressure conduit is conveys the negative pressure gas stream from a work area. A first end of the negative pressure conduit is coupled to the negative pressure gas stream source, such that the negative pressure gas stream flows from the work area through a second end of the negative pressure conduit and toward the first end of the negative pressure conduit. The positive pressure gas stream manifolds are disposed about the negative pressure conduit at the second end of the negative pressure conduit, and fluidly coupled to the positive pressure gas stream source. The positive pressure gas stream is directed through the plurality of positive pressure gas stream manifolds. The operator interface allows a user to control the positive pressure gas stream through each of the plurality of positive pressure gas stream manifolds.
ATTIC FAN ASSEMBLY
An attic fan assembly having a cover, a housing, and a flashing. The housing having a first opening, a second opening, and a sidewall positioned between the openings. The sidewall having a plurality of apertures that can be positioned in a variety of configurations. A motor and fan blade assembly can be located within the housing. The flashing and the cover of the attic fan assembly can be removably attached to the housing. The flashing can be used to secure the attic fan assembly to the roof of a structure.
ROTARY ROOF VENT
This invention relates to smoke removal and exhaust air ventilation devices with a radial flow, namely to radial-flow (centrifugal) smoke removal and ventilation fans installed on the roofs of buildings, and providing removal of smoke, gases and air from the premises in the event of fire or gas contamination by force of the natural draft. The rotary roof vent comprises a base, a rim, blades, a shaft on which the rim with the blades rotate; wherein the base, rims with the bushings, a cover and the blades are monolithically cast from plastic, the roof vent comprises two rims mounted one in the other and connected by a locking mechanism consisting in three protuberances on the bushings, the blades are installed in the upper and lower rims, with bearings being provided for installation of the upper and lower rims. The cover is made in the form of a hemisphere. The technical result consists in the improvement of technical and operational characteristics, as well as expanding the range of technical means stack. 3 files, 2 figures.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DRYING ROOFS
Roof drying processes and associated systems. A representative process includes drawing moisture-laden air from within the internal structure of a roof via a vacuum blower, a extraction insert and an extraction manifold, and removing moisture from the moisture-laden air via a dehumidifier. The dry air can be directed back into the roof through an injection insert and an injection manifold.
Roof Ventilator Reinforcement and Hinge System
In a rooftop ventilator having a base housing, a lid operatively attached to the base housing, wherein the lid has a plurality of lid sides extending downwardly from a lid surface, and a ventilation fan positioned above the lid surface, a lid reinforcement device is provided, comprising corner reinforcing members attached to the corners of the lid. Each corner reinforcing member comprises a pair of side members flush with the lid sides, and one or more support fingers for receiving and supporting the lid sides. A corner cap is attached to the side members and overlaps the lid surface to retain the lid sides within the support fingers. The corner caps can also include cylindrical sleeves for engagement with a pair of hinge shafts extending from shaft support brackets attached to the base housing.

Roof window system with a ventilation unit mounted adjacent to the roof window, a roof structure including a roof window system, a method of providing a roof window system and a method of retrofitting a roof window system
In a roof window system, the housing (6) of the ventilation unit (5) is prepared for accommodation of a standard ventilator and/or a regenerator allowing an air current through a ventilation passage (28), from an exterior grating (18) to a ventilation panel (3) integrated into or in continuation of a lining panel of a room in the interior of the building in which the roof window is installed.
Powered roof ridge ventilation system
A roof ventilation system having a housing with an integrated fan and power source, such as a solar panel, for integration into a roof ridge vent or a roof soffit and having a flexible center area to adjust the profile of the housing to accommodate the profile of the roof ridge vent or roof soffit.
BOTTOM-MOUNTED WHOLE HOUSE FAN ASSEMBLY
A bottom-mounted whole house fan assembly includes an intake plenum mounted over an opening in a ceiling of a building. The intake plenum is supported on the ceiling in the attic of the building. One end of a flexible duct is connected to the intake plenum and the other end of the duct is connected to a fan so that the fan draws air in the building through the intake plenum and duct and exhausts the air in the attic from whence the air is vented to atmosphere. The fan is supported by at least one vertical strut that is connected to the ceiling at the lower end of the strut and to a housing of the fan at the upper end of the strut. A sound dampener is interposed between the strut and the fan housing and/or the ceiling beam to which the strut is attached.
