A hinge assembly includes a pair of lower mounting brackets, at least two upper hinge leaves, and an axle pivotally coupling the upper hinge leaves to the lower mounting brackets. Each lower mounting bracket has a vertically oval-shaped axle hole. Each upper hinge leaf includes a U-shaped mounting member and a hook shaped clamping plate coupled to the U-shaped mounting member through threaded tension bolts. The upper hinge leaf also has a pair of axle holes. The axle extends through the elongated axle holes of the lower mounting bracket vertical flange and through the axle holes of the U-shaped member.

Bottom-mounted whole house fan assembly

A bottom-mounted whole house fan assembly includes an intake plenum mounted over an opening in a ceiling of a building. The intake plenum is supported on the ceiling in the attic of the building. One end of a flexible duct is connected to the intake plenum and the other end of the duct is connected to a fan so that the fan draws air in the building through the intake plenum and duct and exhausts the air in the attic from whence the air is vented to atmosphere. The fan is supported by at least one vertical strut that is connected to the ceiling at the lower end of the strut and to a housing of the fan at the upper end of the strut. A sound dampener is interposed between the strut and the fan housing and/or the ceiling beam to which the strut is attached.

An attic ventilation system including a fan assembly, a power source assembly and an attic assembly is disclosed herein. The fan assembly includes fan blades, a fan housing and a motor, the fan housing covers the fan blades. The motor makes the blades rotate. The fan housing is attached to a window frame of an attic assembly by support bars. The power source assembly includes a solar panel attached to a support frame. The support frame is attached to the window frame by top support bars and bottom support bars. The top support bars are larger than the bottom support bars. The solar panel has an inclination to face a sun path. The solar panel supplies power energy to the motor. The fan assembly blows fresh air to an interior of an attic assembly.

Attic hot air recirculation system
11821654 · 2023-11-21 ·

The attic hot air recirculation system is mechanical system. The attic hot air recirculation system is configured for use with an HVAC system of a building. The attic hot air recirculation system is energy saving technology. The attic hot air recirculation system captures solar energy from the roof of the building. The attic hot air recirculation system monitors the temperature of the captured solar energy and the temperature of a chamber in the building. The attic hot air recirculation system uses the heat generated from the captured solar energy to heat a chamber in the room. When the temperature difference between the temperature of the captured solar energy and the temperature of a chamber in the building makes it thermodynamically favorable to do so, the attic hot air recirculation system transfers heat from the roof into the chamber.

AUTOMATED COOLING SYSTEM FOR A BUILDING STRUCTURE
20220412588 · 2022-12-29 ·

An automated cooling system and method for energy efficient use with a building structure by adjusting operational parameters is provided. The automated cooling system can adjust operational parameters in response to conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity) detected by sensors located at one or more strategically selected locations inside or outside the building structure. The automated cooling system can ramp speeds of a motor that rotates fan blades in response to changes in the air temperature in the building structure so as to maintain a desired temperature without switching on and off the motor to preserve fan blade inertia.

NOZZLE ASSEMBLY FOR EXHAUST FAN UNIT OF HVAC SYSTEM
