Wall-mounted plant-based air purification system
The present disclosure generally relates to plant-based air purification systems and more particularly to wall mounted systems for removing impurities from indoor air using plants.
AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM
There is disclosed a system and process for purifying air. The system includes a housing and a plurality of inner and outer chambers. A solution of water and a biological reagent is configured to flow around the inner and outer walls of the inner and outer chambers while air is passed adjacent to this fluid flow. This causes an interaction between the air and the fluid solution to cleanse the air. The air is then discharged from the chamber. There is also disclosed a container having a rolling base allowing the container to be more transportable.
AIR PURIFIER
An air purifier includes a housing (1), an intake built into the housing (1) which is designed for the intake of air into the housing (1), an exhaust built into the housing (1) which is designed for the venting of air out of the housing (1), a blower (2) disposed in the housing for generating an air stream which flows from the intake to the exhaust, at least one filter (3) which is designed to purify the air flowing from the intake to the exhaust, and a bioreactor (4) which is disposed on and/or in the housing (1) such that the air stream flows through it, and which contains at least one life form (5) which is designed to at least partially convert CO.sub.2 contained in the air stream into O.sub.2 by means of photosynthesis.

Various embodiments of a plant air purifier with a filter container that holds filter material, which lets air pass through the filter material during its air purifying phase, and lets water submerge that same filter material during the remoisturiziation phase
A plant air purifier with filter material within a filter bed container, wherein the filter material can both allow air to pass through it during the unit's air purification phase and for water to submerge the filter material during its remoisturization phase The unit itself passes through various phases and sub phases: an air purification phase; followed by a remoisturization phase, which includes an immersion of the filter material sub phase, and a draining away of the water during its drainage sub phase. And in some cases, a soaking sub phase of the filter material for some time. Three different embodiments of the unit are provided: a unit with a separate soaking; chamber outside the unit; one with an outer pot surrounding the filter container; and one with a flapper below the filter bed container.
AIR QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT
A method for managing an air quality control system is disclosed. The method includes monitoring air quality changes in an environment caused by a deployment of units, estimating individual rates of change of air quality achieved by specific units, and using the estimated rates of change to train a prediction model. The method further includes receiving a request for air quality control of a specified environment, using the trained prediction model to predict unit rates of change that would be achieved by units if deployed within the specified environment and generating an assignment of units for the specified environment on the basis of the predicted unit rates of change and a target air quality parameter.

Air Purifier Apparatus
An air purifier apparatus, comprising: a housing comprising an air intake opening to an external environment outside the housing; a plant pot disposed downstream of the air intake, configured to hold soil, and being perforated so as to enable contact between at least some air outside the plant pot and at least some of the soil inside the plant pot; an air purification filter disposed downstream of the plant pot; a fan disposed downstream of the air purification filter; an air outlet disposed downstream of the fan and located in a first compartment of the housing; a dehumidifier disposed in a second compartment of the housing separate from the first compartment and configured to extract water from air interacting with the dehumidifier, the second compartment having an air exchange perforation opening to the external environment; a watering system, configured to circulate water located inside the housing to the plant pot.
AIR MONITORING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
An air monitoring system having a device which captures air contaminants, particularly biological particles, particularly viruses, more particularly SARS-CoV-2 is provided, and to methods associated with the system for sampling and detecting them in the air but also for digesting the captured biological particles by bio-oxidation through a microorganism compound additive. The invention also relates to kits of parts having the device and at least a test, preferably an antigen test cassette as well as to their use in detecting said biological particles within the air.
Movable Ventilation System
In one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a moveable ventilation system comprising a supporting frame having at least one plenum, and at least one biofilter module mounted on the plenum for allowing air to flow through the biofilter module from an air inlet to an air outlet via a growth medium and a vegetation. The plenum is rotatably connected to the supporting frame.
