Air conditioner unit having a sterilization light assembly
An air conditioner unit may include a housing, an outdoor heat exchanger assembly, an indoor heat exchanger assembly, a compressor, a bulkhead, and a sterilization light assembly. The housing may define an indoor portion and an outdoor portion. The housing may further define an exhaust outlet downstream from the indoor portion to exhaust air. The outdoor heat exchanger assembly may be disposed in the outdoor portion and include an outdoor heat exchanger. The indoor heat exchanger assembly may be disposed in the indoor portion and include an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan. The bulkhead may be disposed between the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger along a transverse direction to define the indoor portion and the outdoor portion. The bulkhead may further define a vent aperture therethrough. The sterilization light assembly may be disposed within the indoor portion downstream from the vent aperture.

A fluid treatment apparatus including a photocatalyst filter having a first surface and a second surface, a light source unit spaced apart from the photocatalyst filter to provide light to the first surface, a housing including an inlet, an outlet, and a flow path formed between the photocatalyst filter and the light source, and a guide member disposed at one side of the housing and including at least one slat to guide a movement direction of a fluid, in which the slat is inclined at least in a direction closer to the first surface of the photocatalyst filter along an advancing direction of the flow path when an air flow rate of the fluid has a first value, and in a direction away from the first surface of the photocatalyst filter along the advancing direction when the air flow rate of the fluid is greater than the first value.
Combination humidifier / dehumidifier with common water containment and outdoor air intake
A humidifier/dehumidifier device is disclosed herein. The humidifier and dehumidifier both, respectively, evaporate water from and condense water into a shared (same) water storage container. The device is fitted with an air intake and at least one air outtake. In embodiments of the technology, one or more of the air intakes receives air from outdoors. One or both of an indoor and/or the outdoor intake is used to receive air based on a determination that an indoor and outdoor humidity and temperature is most efficient to achieve a desired indoor humidity or temperature.

SAFETY MECHANISM FOR AN AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM
In various examples, the subject matter of this disclosure relates to devices, systems, and methods for air purification systems. According to one embodiment, a multi-filtration air purification system can include a photocatalytic oxidizer (PCO) filter including an ultraviolet (UV) emitter, the PCO filter disposed within an air filter receiving region of the air purification system. In one implementation, the air purification system can include a removable air filter disposed over the PCO filter and located within the air filter receiving region, where the removable air filter can include a switch trigger. In some instances, the air filter receiving region can include a switch configured to receive the switch trigger, where the switch and switch trigger together are configured to disable operation of the air purification system when the removable air filter is removed from the air filter receiving region.
SAFETY MECHANISM FOR AN AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM
In various examples, the subject matter of this disclosure relates to devices, systems, and methods for air purification systems. According to one embodiment, a multi-filtration air purification system can include a photocatalytic oxidizer (PCO) filter including an ultraviolet (UV) emitter, the PCO filter disposed within an air filter receiving region of the air purification system. In one implementation, the air purification system can include a removable air filter disposed over the PCO filter and located within the air filter receiving region, where the removable air filter can include a switch trigger. In some instances, the air filter receiving region can include a switch configured to receive the switch trigger, where the switch and switch trigger together are configured to disable operation of the air purification system when the removable air filter is removed from the air filter receiving region.
DEHUMIDIFICATION APPARATUS AND DEHUMIDIFICATION METHOD USING THE SAME
Provided is a dehumidification apparatus including: a storage compartment that provides an accommodation space; a circulation blower that forms an air current flowing along a circulation path connected to the accommodation space; a heat pump that exchanges heat with the air current flowing along the circulation path; and an air current diverter, wherein the heat pump includes: a first heat exchanger that absorbs heat from the air current; and a second heat exchanger that releases heat, wherein the circulation path includes a first circulation path in which the air current passes through the second heat exchanger to the accommodation space and a second circulation path in which the air current passed through the first heat exchanger is allowed to bypass the second heat exchanger and flow to the accommodation space, and wherein the air current diverter diverts the circulation path from the first circulation path to the second circulation path.
DIFFUSER AIR PURIFICATION UNIT
Disclosed herein is a diffuser air purification unit. The diffuser air purification unit can comprise a diffuser, a filtration chamber, a purification chamber, a blower, a housing, and a control module. The filtration chamber can be configured to receive air through the diffuser from an external setting in which the diffuser air purification unit is installed and to cause a filtration of the air when the air flows through the filtration chamber. The purification chamber can be configured to receive the air from the filtration chamber and to cause a purification of the air when the air flows through the purification chamber. The blower can be configured to intake the air from the external setting through the diffuser, the filtration chamber, and the purification chamber and to expel the air into the external setting. The housing can at least partially enclose the filtration chamber and the purification chamber. The control module can be secured to the housing and be configured to control an operation of the diffuser air purification unit.
Vertical humidifier with stepped evaporator
A vertical humidifier with a stepped evaporator includes a housing. An evaporative water trough is provided inside the housing, and the stepped evaporator is provided in the evaporative water trough. A fan is mounted under the stepped evaporator, and an air inlet end of the fan is communicated with an air inlet of the housing. A water tank is further mounted at the upper portion of the evaporative water trough, the stepped evaporator is mounted around the lower portion of the water tank, and the water tank is further communicated with the evaporative water trough through a water inlet. An air outlet is provided at the upper portion of the housing, and the air outlet is communicated with an air outlet end of the fan. The stepped evaporator is arranged in an airflow channel between the air outlet and the air outlet end of the fan.
