HVAC air flow mixing system and method of use
An HVAC air flow mixing system includes a reclaimed air loop having a duct tee configured to fluidly intersect an HVAC duct downstream of an indoor heat exchanger and a pipe in fluid communication with the duct tee and configured to fluidly communicate with the indoor unit so as to selectively reintroduce a portion of the discharged air back to the indoor unit upstream of the indoor heat exchanger.

EXHAUST FAN UNIT OF A HEATING, VENTILATION, AND/OR AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) SYSTEM
An exhaust fan unit of a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system includes an outer fluid path of a nozzle assembly of the exhaust fan unit defined by and between an outer wall of the nozzle assembly and an inner wall of the nozzle assembly, an inner fluid path of the nozzle assembly defined by and radially inward from the inner wall, and a plurality of entrainment ports extending from the outer wall to the inner wall and configured to enable environmental air to pass to the inner fluid path, where each entrainment port includes a bottom surface that tapers downwardly from the inner wall to the outer wall.
Gravity shutter
An exhaust air shutter assembly may include a housing having a dividing wall separating the exhaust air shutter assembly into an inside portion and an outside portion. An opening may be formed in the dividing wall and a frame may be mounted around the perimeter of the hole. Disposed on the frame may be a gasket that extends around the entire perimeter of the hole. The exhaust air shutter also may include at least one shutter flap mounted adjacent to the frame with a hinge such that the shutter flap can pivot between a closed position and an open position. When the shutter flap is in the open position, an air flow path exists from the inside portion of the exhaust air shutter assembly to the outside portion. When the shutter flap is in the closed position the air flow path is blocked. The shutter flap is configured to contact the gasket mounted to the frame when the shutter flap is in the closed position, thereby creating a seal between the shutter flap and the opening in the dividing wall.

Air mixing device for buildings
An air mixing system includes a building superstructure having an open space therein and an attic. An air mixing unit mounted to the ceiling draws air from the open space and the attic, mixes the air and discharges the mixed air outwards from the fan.

Air conditioning system utilizing heat recovery ventilation for fresh air supply and climate control
Disclosed is a ventilation module for improving the efficiency of a vehicle HVAC system. The ventilation module includes a return air duct having an outlet to be coupled to the HVAC system. The ventilation module also includes a fresh air duct, a heat exchanger, and first and second doors. The first and second doors connect the return and fresh air ducts upstream and downstream of the heat exchanger. By selectively opening or closing the first and second doors, the ventilation module provides the HVAC system with desired return, fresh or mixed air through the outlet of the return air duct.
