The air conditioner body includes a first volute and a second volute arranged opposite to each other in a cross section perpendicular to a rotation axis of the cross-flow impeller. The cross-flow air duct is located between the first volute and the second volute. A set air duct is formed between the air guide member and the first volute when an air output volume of the air conditioner is maximum. A width of the set air duct in the cross section first increases and then decreases along an air output direction.

A charger includes a charger housing with at least one battery-charging space accessible from the outside for positioning of a rechargeable battery unit, a charging electronics unit in the charger housing for controlling an electrical charging operation for the battery unit positioned on the battery-charging space, and a cooling-air-guiding structure configured for guiding a cooling-air flow from an air inlet structure of the charger housing via the charging electronics unit to an air outlet structure of the charger housing. The cooling-air-guiding structure has a cooling housing arranged in the interior of the charger housing and has a cooling housing air inlet structure and a cooling housing air outlet structure, and is configured for guiding the cooling-air flow through the cooling housing from the cooling housing air inlet structure to the cooling housing air outlet structure and from the latter to the air outlet structure of the charger housing. The charging electronics unit has at least one electronic component which is arranged in the cooling housing. Use may be for electrically charging rechargeable battery packs for electrically operated garden and forestry working apparatus.

AIR PURIFIER SYSTEMS AND METHODS

Exemplary embodiments are directed to an air purifier system. The air purifier system includes a housing, a light source disposed within the housing, and an air guide positioned around the light source. The housing includes at least one intake opening and at least one outlet opening. The light source defines a light source length and is configured to emit light of a wavelength capable of killing pathogens in air passing the light source. The air guide redirects flow of air around the light source in a pathway having a length longer than the light source length.

An air conditioner includes a main body, a fan configured to form an airflow inside the main body, a motor including a shaft to which the fan is coupled, and a motor cover to which the motor is fixed. The motor cover includes a body including a rear surface formed in a truncated cone shape, and a vortex breaker which protrudes toward the fan from the rear surface body along an outer periphery of the body, so as to prevent air, which is discharged from the fan, from forming a vortex.

Embodiments of the present technology are directed to air treatment reactor modules, and associated systems and devices. An exemplary reactor module can include a housing, an ultraviolet (UV) light source disposed within the housing, and a plurality of hollow elongate conduits disposed within the housing and peripheral to the UV light source. The UV light source and individual conduits can extend in a lateral direction perpendicular to the direction of air flow through the reactor module. The conduits can include a plurality of holes and be at least partially coated with a photocatalytic material. The housing can have an inner surface comprising a reflective material that, in operation, reflects UV light emitted from the UV light source.

VENTILATION SYSTEM

A ventilation system includes a ventilation fan with a lamp module, the ventilation fan includes a housing, a base, and a fan module. The base is located below the housing, and the base includes a first flow guiding structure. The fan module is disposed in the housing, and the fan module includes a second flow guiding structure.

INDOOR UNIT AND REFRIGERATION CYCLE DEVICE

An indoor unit includes: a main body having an opening near an air-conditioning target space and attached to an installation section; a panel having an air inlet through which air is suctioned and an air outlet through which the suctioned air is discharged, and covering the opening of the main body; a fan provided to the main body and generating flow of air that is suctioned from the air inlet of the panel and blown out from the air outlet of the panel; a bell mouth provided upstream of the fan in the main body and guiding the air suctioned from the air inlet toward the fan; and an electric component box provided upstream of the bell mouth in the main body, to thereby define an air-flowing space between the electric component box and the bell mouth, and accommodating a control unit that controls operation of the fan.

BLOWER HOUSING FOR BLOWER OF HVAC SYSTEM

A blower assembly for a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a centrifugal fan having a fan wheel. A plurality of blades are coupled to the fan wheel at an inner blade boundary and extend radially to an outer blade boundary. The blower assembly includes a first housing panel and a second housing panel disposed on opposite sides of the centrifugal fan and extending transverse to the centrifugal fan. The blower assembly includes a wall extending between the first housing panel and the second housing panel and a flange extending from the wall at a vertex. The flange extends outwardly from the wall. A first radial distance from the vertex to the outer blade boundary is between 4 percent and 20 percent of a second radial distance from a rotational axis of the centrifugal fan to the outer blade boundary.
