The main system includes a main body having an air inlet, an air flow cover having an air outlet, and a primary filtering core replaceably disposed in the main body, wherein the air flow cover is detachably coupled at the main body to form a basic air filtering mode for filtering air from the air inlet to the air outlet through the primary filtering core. The filtering module is detachably coupled between the main body and the air flow cover to form an advanced air filtering mode, wherein the filtering module includes a secondary filtering core arranged for filtering the air after passing through the primary filtering core and before existing the air outlet.
Ruggedized environmental control unit
The present disclosure is directed to implementation of an environmental control unit using rotomolded techniques to fabricate the structures of the unit instead of the standard conventional sheet metal, extruded, forged, and punched parts. Such implementations will provide a lighter weight and more durable mechanical configuration that will also simplify inspection, simplify assembly/disassembly, and reduce fabrication costs. Implementations incorporate rotationally-molded interlocking structures to contain and attach the critical items of the ECU's mechanical components including the compressor, and the indoor and outdoor coils, as well as the fan and blower motor assembly. In one implementation, the rotomolded structure is strengthened and insulated (thermally and acoustically) by filling the interior void of the rotationally molded structure with a closed-cell foam.
EVAPORATIVE COOLING UNIT AND DATA CENTER
This application provides an evaporative cooling unit. The evaporative cooling unit includes an outdoor channel, an indoor channel, and a heat exchange apparatus, and, further includes: an air filter and a defrosting apparatus that are disposed in the outdoor channel. The defrosting apparatus is located on a side that is of the air filter and that is close to an air intake vent of the outdoor channel. The defrosting apparatus includes a heat exchange film, and the heat exchange film has a first channel and a second channel that are arranged crosswise. The first channel communicates with the air intake vent of the outdoor channel, the second channel communicates with the indoor channel, and the first channel communicates with the second channel. The defrosting apparatus further includes a switch valve, and the switch valve is configured to control the second channel to communicate with the indoor channel.
BLOWER HOUSING FOR BLOWER OF HVAC SYSTEM
A blower assembly for a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a centrifugal fan having a fan wheel. A plurality of blades are coupled to the fan wheel at an inner blade boundary and extend radially to an outer blade boundary. The blower assembly includes a first housing panel and a second housing panel disposed on opposite sides of the centrifugal fan and extending transverse to the centrifugal fan. The blower assembly includes a wall extending between the first housing panel and the second housing panel and a flange extending from the wall at a vertex. The flange extends outwardly from the wall. A first radial distance from the vertex to the outer blade boundary is between 4 percent and 20 percent of a second radial distance from a rotational axis of the centrifugal fan to the outer blade boundary.
Air purifier with air outlet guider
An air purifier includes a main housing, an air filter, a driving motor, a centrifugal fan, and an air outlet guider. The air outlet guider includes a central hub connected to the driving motor, a plurality of outlet guiding blades outwardly extended from the central hub, and a peripheral rim connected to the central hub at a distance from the central hub to form an air guiding cavity between the central hub and the peripheral rim. The outlet guiding blades extend in the air guiding cavity. When the driving motor is activated to draw air from the air inlet, the air is forced to sequentially pass through the filter assembly and the guiding cavity. The air in the air guiding cavity is diverted and guided by the outlet guiding blades to form a more streamlined flow which is to be discharged through the air outlet.
BLOWER
The present invention relates to a blower. A blower according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a lower case having a suction hole in through which air flow; an upper case which is disposed at the upper side of the lower case and which has a discharge port through which the air is discharged; a fan motor for providing rotating force; and a fan disposed inside the lower case and fixed to a motor shaft of the fan motor, wherein the fan includes: a hub having an outer surface, which is extended to be inclined at a first angle with respect to the motor shaft; a plurality of blades coupled to the hub; and a shroud having an inner surface which is extended to be inclined, with respect to the motor shaft, at a second angle that is greater than the first angle, and which faces the outer surface of the hub with respect to the blade, and thus the air discharged from the fan can change into an ascending current.
FAN FILTER UNIT WITH INTEGRATED HEATER
A fan filter unit with an integrated heater system includes a housing comprising an air intake and an air outlet; a blower motor mounted within the housing and downstream of the air intake; a heater mounted within the housing and downstream of the blower motor; and an air filter mounted within the housing. In some cases, the system further includes an inner housing mounted to a top of an inside portion of the housing, the inner housing having an inner housing air outlet, where both the blower motor is mounted within the inner housing and the heater is mounted within the inner housing. In some of such cases, the air intake and the air outlet are positioned to direct an air flow vertically and the inner housing air outlet is positioned to direct an air flow horizontally.
Air conditioner
Disclosed is an air conditioner, and more particularly, to an air conditioner having an airflow guide to make the flow of discharged air uniform. An air conditioner comprising a housing having a suction port and a discharge port, a heat exchanger arranged inside the housing, a blower fan configured to suck in air through the suction port, force the air to be subject to heat exchange with the heat exchanger, and discharge the heat-exchanged air through the discharge port, a first blade pivotally arranged to open or close the discharge port and having a first face and a second face opposite of the first face, a first flow path formed between the discharge port and the first face, a second flow path formed between the discharge port and the second face, a second blade movably installed inside the housing and a third blade formed to protrude from the second blade to guide air to the first flow path and the second flow path.
