The airflow moves between the airflow speed reducer and the shaft at an airflow speed slower than the airflow speed thereof between the heat exchanger and the airflow speed reducer.

In order to efficiently exchange indoor air and outdoor air, to reduce power consumption, and to reduce discomfort to a user, damper, which switches between a heat exchange exhaust air path and a normal ventilation air path, is provided in an exhaust air path. In addition, a discomfort index is calculated from detection results of indoor temperature sensor provided on indoor-side inlet and outdoor temperature sensor provided on outdoor-side inlet. Further, controller, which switches between the heat exchange exhaust air path and the normal ventilation air path so as not to cause discomfort to the user, is provided to control damper.

For each of the plurality of rooms, the system controller calculates a dew point temperature in the room on the basis of the temperature and the humidity in the room, determines, on the basis of the calculated dew point temperature in the room and the temperature in the air conditioning room, the occurrence of condensation resulting from delivery of the air in the air conditioning room to the room, and controls, according to the result of the determination, the airflow of the transfer air fan corresponding to the room.

The system may additionally include a heater and/or a damper for transferring outside air into the space, either of which may be controlled by the controller based on the measurements.
