Air-conditioning Drain Sanitation Device and System
An air-conditioning drain line sanitation system includes: an air-conditioning unit with a drain emission connector; a drain line, and an air-conditioning drain line sanitation device, including a line connector with a connector pipe segment and a container connector, and a container with an outer enclosure and an inner container with a sanitation composition, such that the air-conditioning drain line sanitation device mixes condensate fluid emitted from the drain emission connector with the sanitation composition, such that the sanitation composition sanitizes the condensate fluid and the drain line, whereby a risk of clogging the drain line is reduced.
Air conditioner
An air conditioner is provided that may include a main body having an air inlet and an air outlet; a filter received in the main body to filter air; a heat exchanger configured to allow heat exchange between a refrigerant and air suctioned into the main body; and a lamp module configured to radiate ultraviolet (UV) rays and infrared (IR) rays to the heat exchanger. The lamp module may include a porous main body, a plurality of UV lamps, and a plurality of IR lamps. The plurality of UV lamps and the plurality of IR lamps may be arranged in parallel on one surface of the porous main body at predetermined intervals.
FRESH AIR BLOWER AND CONTROL METHOD AND APPARATUS THEREOF
A control apparatus for a fresh air blower, the apparatus comprising an air blower module and an air blower module radiator arranged corresponding to the air blower module. Further disclosed is a control method for a fresh air blower, the method comprising the following steps: (S1) acquiring a current operation mode of a fresh air blower and determining whether the current operation mode is a refrigeration mode or an air supply mode; (S2) if the current operation mode is the refrigeration mode or the air supply mode, further determining whether there is condensation in an air blower module radiator; and (S3) if there is condensation in the air blower module radiator, adjusting an air gear of the fresh air blower or a target superheating degree of the fresh air blower according to the current operation mode so as to eliminate the condensation on the air blower module radiator.
AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS
An air-conditioning apparatus makes it possible to detect the presence or absence of a biofilm without the influence of water surface. The air-conditioning apparatus performs at least cooling operation or humidifying operation. The air-conditioning apparatus includes a drain pan to receive water, a draining unit to drain water received in the drain pan, and a detection unit to detect a biofilm formed in the drain pan. The detection unit performs the detection of the biofilm in a state in which draining of water from the drain pan is complete.
Systems and Methods for Controlling Algal Growth in Air Conditioning Systems
Systems and methods for controlling algal growth in a condensate drain line. In one embodiment a temperature value is acquired which is indicative of an ambient temperature about the drain line. One or more volumes of algaecide are calculated for injection one or more times per day into the drain line.
Automatic self-cleaning evaporator drain pan system
An automatic self-cleaning evaporator drain pan system, having a container housing with a chemical container and a smart control pump. The smart control pump has at least one microprocessor. An evaporator drain system has at least one sensor connected to the smart control pump; and further having an electrical system. The container housing has a container tubing, and a chemical conduit with first and second chemical delivery lines. The chemical conduit extends from the smart control pump to the evaporator drain system, transporting a chemical composition. In operation, the chemical composition is mixed with condensed water and drains from the drain outlet toward a drainage line, whereby the chemical composition prevents microorganism growth, algae, gunk and/or other solid material from forming on the drain pan and the drainage line.
DRAIN CLEANER APPARATUS
An apparatus configured to dispense a cleaner composition includes an apparatus outlet in fluid communication with an exterior of the apparatus, a dispenser device configured to be operated to selectively dispense an amount of the cleaning composition through the apparatus outlet, and a controller configured to operate the dispenser device to cause the amount of the cleaning composition to be dispensed through the apparatus outlet without manual intervention. The apparatus is configured to be electrically connected with a float switch concurrently with dispensing the cleaning composition, and the apparatus is configured to cause at least a portion of an air conditioning system to shut down in response to receiving a signal generated by the float switch.
AN EVAPORATOR UNIT FOR AN AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
An evaporator unit for an air conditioning system (1), the unit comprising an evaporator coil (7), a sensor (12) in to detect the liquid level in a reservoir and a pump for pumping condensate from the housing. At least one UV LED (6,8) is arranged to radiate light onto the evaporator coil (7) and/or the sensor (12). An LED driver (13) supplies electrical power to the LEDs. A single electrical power connection (14) is connectable to a mains power source to supply mains power to the pump; wherein the LED driver (13) is connected to the electrical power connection supplying power to the pump.
Heat exchange system having desired anti-scaling performance and an anti-scaling method thereof
A heat exchange system having desired anti-scaling performance and an anti-scaling method thereof are disclosed. The heat exchange system at least comprises a load control unit, a temperature and pressure detection unit and an anti-scaling treatment unit. The heat exchange system conditions bonding ways of water quality in a HVAC chiller unit, an air compressor, a heat exchanger, a cooling unit, or a boiler under a variety of scaling conditions in both field operation and water quality, by integrating the interaction of those units together with the anti-scaling method for simulating water quality that has a water quality limit same as that in field operation. The heat exchange system further integrates with a testing of anti-scaling performance to make water quality no longer charged and lose the reaction power so as to prevent scaling formation, enhance the anti-scaling performance, and ensure operating efficiency and performance.
