AIR CONDITIONING DEVICE, AIR SENSOR DEVICE, AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed is an air conditioning device. The air conditioning device comprises: a communication interface including a circuit; a temperature sensor; a compressor; and at least one processor, comprising processing circuitry, individually and/or collectively, configured to control the operation of the compressor based on a set temperature value set in the air conditioning device, a first temperature value acquired by the temperature sensor, and a second temperature value received from the air sensor device through the communication interface. At least one processor, individually and/or collectively, may be configured to: identify the difference between the first temperature value and the second temperature value, and, based on the identified difference being at least a threshold value, control the operation of the compressor based on the set temperature value and the first temperature value.
ENERGY RECOVERY VENTILATION SMOKE EVACUATION
A control system, comprising one or more smoke sensors, each configured to measure a level of smoke at a location within a building and to output a smoke level signal based at least in part upon the measured level of smoke. A controller configured to receive the smoke level signals and to control an operation of one or more energy recovery ventilation systems in a first mode of operation to recover energy when the smoke level signal is below a predetermined value and in a second mode of operation to evacuate smoke when the smoke level signal is above the predetermined value.
VAPORIZED AEROSOL DETECTION NETWORK
A distributed security system includes a detection unit disposed at a first location. The detection unit includes a particle sensor that is configured to detect a particle count in first location. The detection unit also includes a housing enclosing a portion of the particle sensor. The security system also includes a camera disposed at a second location and having a field of vision encompassing the first location. The camera is configured to capture a video of the first location. The system also includes a server communicatively connected to the detection unit and the camera and configured to associate the particle count with the video.
Energy saving-exhaust control and auto shut off system
An energy-efficient ventilation system comprises a ventilation fan, ductwork, system controller, and a plurality of ventilation points, each comprising a damper, a differential pressure sensor, a ventilation point controller, and a fume detector. When a ventilation point does not require ventilation, a signal is sent to the system controller to reduce the ventilation fan speed thereby using only as much energy as is needed to provide service to the ventilation points that need ventilation. The fume detector, damper, and differential pressure sensor for each ventilation point are used to determine whether ventilation is needed at a ventilation point and to control the ventilation point accordingly.
CONTROL METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR AIR-CONDITIONING DEVICE, AND DEVICE, MEDIUM AND PROGRAM PRODUCT
A method and apparatus for controlling an air-conditioning device, a device, a medium, and a program product are provided. The method includes: activating the linkage mode of the air-conditioning device and pushing a first notification message to notify a user that the air-conditioning device is in the linkage mode; and controlling, in the linkage mode and in response to a control instruction for a first adjustment dimension, an enabled adjustment dimension among the plurality of adjustment dimensions other than the first adjustment dimension while controlling the first adjustment dimension.
System and method for monitoring and classifying smoking events in monitored spaces
A system, method, and apparatus are provided with features that allow hosts to be alerted of risks to the well-being of their space that may arise, for example, from a breach of contract, violation of local laws, or violation of established property rules. In one example an air analyzer is provided that includes: (1) multiple sensors including one or more of a digital multi-pixel gas sensor, a digital humidity and temperature sensor, or a particulate matter sensor, wherein each of the multiple sensors is configured to obtain a sample of air and derive therefrom an environmental attribute, wherein the environmental attributes provide a signature of the sampled air, and (2) a smoke classifier configured to classify a smoking event by comparing the signature of sampled air to signatures of a classification model.
MANAGEMENT METHOD, MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
Provided is a computer-implemented management method that registers information for providing a subscription service in a management system that provides a maintenance service using operation data of an air conditioner. The computer-implemented management method includes: receiving the operation data from the air conditioner through a communication network; storing management information in a memory, the management information being for providing the maintenance service using the received operation data stored in the memory, the management information including customer information and device information; and registering in the memory, as part of the management information, information relevant to the subscription service such that the information registered in the memory is distinguishable between the maintenance service and the subscription service.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING AND CLASSIFYING SMOKING EVENTS IN MONITORED SPACES
The disclosure provides a system, method, and apparatus with features that allow hosts to be alerted of risks to the well-being of their space that may arise, for example, from a breach of contract, violation of local laws, or violation of established property rules. In one example an air analyzer is provided that includes: (1) one or more sensors configured to identify environmental attributes in air and (2) one or more processors to perform operations including determining multiple smoke events based on the environmental attributes, classifying the multiple smoke events, and providing the multiple smoke classifications for comparison for evaluating whether at least one of the multiple smoke classifications should merit a response, wherein the response includes an action and sending commands for the action to at least one abatement device for the action.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR A LOW-VOLTAGE POWER HUB
A low-voltage power hub located and powered at an indoor HVAC unit. More specifically, embodiments may include an input power tapped from an HVAC unit line-voltage AC input, and will utilize a step-down transformer to bring the voltage to 49 v or below.
SETTING METHOD, PROGRAM, AND SETTING SYSTEM
A setting method includes a space analysis step, an environmental calculation step, a determination step, and a changing step. The space analysis step includes making a space analysis. The environmental calculation step includes calculating an average temperature and an average air speed in a specific space. The determination step includes determining, based on the result of the space analysis, whether the driving condition for the air conditioning equipment should be changed. The changing step includes changing the driving condition for the air conditioning equipment in accordance with a predetermined relationship between a target temperature and a target air speed and the average temperature and the average air speed calculated in the environmental calculation step. The setting method includes performing the space analysis step and the determination step once again based on the driving condition that has been changed.
