Rotary wheel sealing system
A rotary wheel assembly is configured for use with a system for conditioning air to be supplied to an enclosed structure. The rotary wheel is configured to be positioned within a supply air stream and an exhaust air stream. The assembly includes a cassette frame, a wheel rotatably secured within the cassette frame, and a self-adjusting seal subassembly configured to maintain sealing engagement with respect to a surface of the wheel. The self-adjusting seal subassembly includes at least one seal member.
AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS
An air conditioning apparatus comprises an inlet module, an airflow guiding module, a hygroscopic wheel a dehumidification heating module and an internal recirculation heating module. The airflow guiding module includes an air channel switching unit, an outflowing air channel in air communication with an external environment outside of an air-conditioning environment, and an inflowing air channel in air communication with the air-conditioning environment. The air conditioning apparatus of the present invention meets various requirements for air conditioning. In addition, when the air conditioning apparatus performs a dehumidification process, the hygroscopic wheel and the dehumidification heating module is applied to remove the moisture of the air conditioning flow of the inflowing air channel, and thus the relative humidity of the air-conditioning environment is directly reduced so as to increase the dehumidifying efficiency.
Heater Exchanger for an Air Conditioner Unit
A heat exchanger for an air conditioner unit is provided. With a conventional single-package air conditioner unit, fresh air mixed with the return air is the outside air. This increases the load on the single-package air conditioner to maintain space conditions. In order to bring fresh air in, the indoor air has to leak out of the conditioned space. Thus, the energy spent to cool or heat the leaking air is lost, resulting in potential inefficiencies. To resolve these inefficiencies of conventional VTACs, a heat exchanger is provided between the indoor and outdoor sections of the VTAC. In this configuration, a fan may be used to move outdoor air through the heat exchanger to exhaust air while simultaneously using another fan to move indoor air across the heat exchanger to supply air. The air-to-air heat exchanger may use the energy trapped on one side of the heat exchanger to be released to the opposite side of the heat exchanger.
Air conditioning rotating body and air treatment device
An air conditioning rotating body including a rotor having a cylindrical shape. The rotor is housed in a casing so as to be freely rotatable. The casing includes a seal member. The air conditioning rotating body treats air passing through the rotor in an axial direction. The seal member extends in a radial direction of the rotor and separates air passages. An end face of the rotor in the axial direction is provided with at least one spoke in contact with the seal member. A contact point of the seal member with the spoke is configured to move in the radial direction as the rotor rotates.
