DEVICE FOR SANITIZING AIR-CONDITIONERS
A device for sanitizing a unit of an air conditioning system having a source of sanitizing fluid, means for the controlled delivery of a jet of sanitizing fluid, suctioning means to generate suction flow is provided. The device has suction opening shaped to direct the suction flow towards a determined direction with respect to the direction of the jet of sanitizing fluid. The suction opening is smaller than the unit of the air conditioning to be sanitized in order to be alternately moved from a first portion of the unit towards a second portion of the same unit.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CLEANING HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS
A method for cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting commercial and residential HVAC system includes applying cleaning foam to coils of the HVAC system, the foam including one or more agents that break down organic and/or inorganic fouling debris into particles, the foam removing and carrying away debris from the coils.
Air filtration apparatus
An air filtration apparatus includes a motor, a fan blade, an air filter, a housing, a filter cleaning assembly, and a control panel. A stator of the motor is concentrically mounted within the housing, and the fan blade is concentrically mounted to a rotor of the motor so that the air can be moved via the fan blade. The air filter is externally mounted to a rear panel of the housing to purify incoming air. The filter cleaning assembly is integrated to the air filter and is in fluid communication with the air filter so that the air filter can be cleaned when necessary. The control panel being electrically connected to the motor and the filter cleaning assembly to continuously operates the air filtration apparatus.
HVAC FLUID DISPERSANT SYSTEM
An HVAC fluid dispersant system. The HVAC fluid dispersant system includes one or more fluid lines, the one or more fluid lines configured to allow movement of a fluid and a pump, the pump configured to move the fluid through the one or more fluid lines. The HVAC fluid dispersant system also includes a source line, the source line configured to provide the fluid to the pump and a nozzle. The nozzle is configured to receive the fluid from the one or more fluid lines, create a mist composed of the fluid and attach to a duct vent.
Coil cleaning easy access
An access panel assembly and a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system incorporating the access panel assembly are provided. The HVAC system includes a heat exchanger assembly with a first heat exchanger coil and a second heat exchanger coil (e.g., in a V-shaped configuration). The first heat exchanger coil and the second heat exchanger coil each respectively include an exterior surface, an interior surface, a first edge, and a second edge. The access panel assembly is adjacent to the first edge of the first heat exchanger coil and the first edge of the second heat exchanger coil. The access panel assembly is configured to provide access (e.g., for cleaning and/or maintenance) to at least one of: the interior surface of the first heat exchanger coil and the interior surface of the second heat exchanger coil.
Air conditioning system heat exchanger cleaner apparatus
A heat exchanger cleaner apparatus for spraying a cleaning composition into an interior of an air handler of an air conditioning system includes a spray outlet assembly, a pump device, and a controller. The spray outlet assembly is configured to be inserted into the interior of the air handler to be directly exposed to an outer surface of a heat exchanger of the air handler. The pump device is configured to pump an amount of the cleaning composition through the spray outlet assembly such that the spray outlet assembly sprays the amount of the cleaning composition as a fluid stream. The controller is configured to operate the pump device to cause the amount of the cleaning composition to be supplied through the spray outlet assembly without manual intervention.
CLEANING ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
The present application is directed to a cleaning assembly including: a cleaning agent including at least one of a fungicide, bactericide, viricide, or an algaecide, and an automatic feed apparatus, where the automatic feed apparatus is adapted to feed the cleaning agent at a controlled rate into at least one of a drain tube or a drain pan of an HVAC assembly, where the controlled rate is regulated by an operating parameter of the HVAC assembly
Method and system for automated cleaning of filter wall for HVAC systems
Devices, systems, and methods for the automated cleaning of filters and filter walls within heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems. Disclosed devices can include self-cleaning filter assemblies configured to receive and surround at least one filter, such as an HVAC filter. In some embodiments, the self-cleaning assemblies receive and surround at least one filter and at least one fan. For example, at least one filter or filter wall comprising multiple filters and fan may be combined together into a single cube, where the cube is then received and surrounded by the self-cleaning casing. In some embodiments, the self-cleaning assemblies or cubes receive and surround at least one filter, at least one fan, and at least one heat transfer coil. The cleaning system can have different cleaning cycles, such as a cleaning cycle that cleans the filter(s) and a different cleaning cycle that cleans the heat transfer coil.
HVAC exterior cleaning pipework
The HVAC exterior cleaning pipework is a system attachable to a HVAC unit, such that the PVC pipework can clean the exterior of the unit by means of strategically placed sprayer valves. The pipework is extendable, such that it can expand or retract to meet the exact dimensions of the specific HVAC unit whereon it should be attached. The pipework may be connected directly to a hose with sufficiently pressurized water, or the integrated pump may assist in the flow of water. The spray heads and the pump have removable components whereby they can be cleaned separately when needed.
Toolless installation and cleaning of vent assembly
A filtered air vent apparatus has a vent housing body comprising a first sidewall and a second sidewall defining a portion of an air passageway that extends between at least a first open end and a second open end. There is a grill hingedly attachable to the vent housing body and securable to the vent housing body. A connector provides a snap-in configuration that permits or effectuates toolless installation of the filtered air vent apparatus. A filter is selectively and removably positioned behind the grill and in the air passageway. The grill may be removable connected to the vent housing body to allow the grill to be cleaned a number of different manners.
