The present invention relates to a ventilator, aiming easier cleanup even in the position mounted on the ceiling or wall. According to the present invention, a ventilator may comprise an outer casing having a mounting space in an inside thereof, an inner casing mounted in the mounting space of the outer casing, a blowing fan received in an inner space of the inner casing, and a motor rotating the blowing fan, wherein a wave-shaped flow path is formed on each inner wall surface of the inner casing.

An air-conditioning drain line sanitation system includes: an air-conditioning unit with a drain emission connector; a drain line, and an air-conditioning drain line sanitation device, including a line connector with a connector pipe segment and a container connector, and a container with an outer enclosure and an inner container with a sanitation composition, such that the air-conditioning drain line sanitation device mixes condensate fluid emitted from the drain emission connector with the sanitation composition, such that the sanitation composition sanitizes the condensate fluid and the drain line, whereby a risk of clogging the drain line is reduced.

As an example, an apparatus includes a hood portion and a body portion. The hood portion includes a distal opening adapted to be positioned around a periphery of a wall-mounted appliance. The hood portion includes a sidewall of a pliant material extending outwardly from a perimeter of the distal opening to terminate in a proximal opening having a perimeter that is spaced apart from and opposing the distal opening. The proximal opening is to provide access to an interior volume of the hood portion corresponding to the sidewall between the first and second openings. The body portion extends from the perimeter of the proximal opening in a longitudinal direction that is substantially transverse to a central axis of the distal opening. An outlet in fluid communication with the body portion is to enable discharge of fluids from an interior volume of the body portion.

An automatic self-cleaning evaporator drain pan system, having a container housing with a chemical container and a smart control pump. The smart control pump has at least one microprocessor. An evaporator drain system has at least one sensor connected to the smart control pump; and further having an electrical system. The container housing has a container tubing, and a chemical conduit with first and second chemical delivery lines. The chemical conduit extends from the smart control pump to the evaporator drain system, transporting a chemical composition. In operation, the chemical composition is mixed with condensed water and drains from the drain outlet toward a drainage line, whereby the chemical composition prevents microorganism growth, algae, gunk and/or other solid material from forming on the drain pan and the drainage line.

Devices, systems, and methods for the automated cleaning of filters and filter walls within heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems. Disclosed devices can include self-cleaning filter assemblies configured to receive and surround at least one filter, such as an HVAC filter. In some embodiments, the self-cleaning assemblies receive and surround at least one filter and at least one fan. For example, at least one filter or filter wall comprising multiple filters and fan may be combined together into a single cube, where the cube is then received and surrounded by the self-cleaning casing. In some embodiments, the self-cleaning assemblies or cubes receive and surround at least one filter, at least one fan, and at least one heat transfer coil. The cleaning system can have different cleaning cycles, such as a cleaning cycle that cleans the filter(s) and a different cleaning cycle that cleans the heat transfer coil.

Embodiments of the present disclosure may include an automatic air conditioner drain system sanitizer, including a pump moving a plurality of drain sanitizer solution from a pump inlet to a pump outlet automatically. Embodiments may also include a solution reservoir containing a drain sanitizer solution. In some embodiments, the solution reservoir includes a solution reservoir lid, an atmospheric equalization vent, and a solution reservoir tubing coupler. In some embodiments, the pump draws the drain sanitizer solution into the pump from the solution reservoir. Embodiments may also include a pump controller circuit board which operates the pump. Embodiments may also include a wireless communications circuit board which provides control, settings adjustments, system dispensing history data and system overall health status.

An apparatus configured to dispense a cleaner composition includes an apparatus outlet in fluid communication with an exterior of the apparatus, a dispenser device configured to be operated to selectively dispense an amount of the cleaning composition through the apparatus outlet, and a controller configured to operate the dispenser device to cause the amount of the cleaning composition to be dispensed through the apparatus outlet without manual intervention. The apparatus is configured to be electrically connected with a float switch concurrently with dispensing the cleaning composition, and the apparatus is configured to cause at least a portion of an air conditioning system to shut down in response to receiving a signal generated by the float switch.

An instantaneous sterilization system for ventilation and air conditioning comprises: an air inlet; an instantaneous sterilization device being one or more of a chlorine dioxide disinfector, a hydrogen peroxide or hydrogen peroxide silver ion disinfector, an ultraviolet disinfector, an ULPA ultra-efficient air filter, a HEPA high efficiency particle air filter, a laser disinfector, a microwave disinfector, an infrared disinfector, an X-ray disinfector and a -ray disinfector, an output end of the instantaneous sterilization device being provided with a sterilized air outlet, and the sterilized air outlet being communicated with air and serves as an output end of the instantaneous sterilization system for ventilation and air conditioning; and a fan, an air inlet end of the fan being connected with the air inlet, and an air exhaust end of the fan being connected with the input end of the instantaneous sterilization device.

A foaming cleaner includes a composition that includes water about 50 wt. % to about 60 wt. %, a solvent about 20 wt. % to about 50 wt. %, a surfactant about 0.5 wt. % to about 2.5 wt. %, and a pH and corrosion control agent comprising 30% ammonia solution about 1.25 wt. % to about 1.75 wt. %. The composition is configured to form a foam for cleaning an evaporator coil.

A method for cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting commercial and residential HVAC system includes applying cleaning foam to coils of the HVAC system, the foam including one or more agents that break down organic and/or inorganic fouling debris into particles, the foam removing and carrying away debris from the coils.
