The present application provides a temperature control device for fluids, which comprises a furnace, a fluid pipe, a plurality of regenerative members, a burner, and an air control device. The burner heats the furnace to store heat to the regenerative members inside the furnace and conduct the thermal energy to the fluid pipe. The fluid pipi outputs a heated liquid. In addition, the regenerative members further produce and transport heated air to the air control device. The air control device converts the heated air to output cooled air.

The present invention provides a heat pump type hot water supplying device that has solved the inconvenience of an antifreeze operation being not carried out due to the phenomenon of a backflow from a hot water storage tank without increasing the number of components. A control device 70 carries out an antifreeze operation, in which a water pump 23 is operated, if the temperature of water for hot water supply in a hot water supply circuit 20 positioned in a heating unit 50 decreases to a predetermined value or less. The water pump 23 is operated if the temperature of the water for hot water supply in the hot water supply circuit 20 positioned in the heating unit 50 increases while the water pump 23 is in a stopped state.

A controlled system and method for operating a lower resistive heating element of an electric water heater is described to kill bacteria in a lower portion of a water holding tank of an electric water heater. A controller having a timer circuit operates the lower resistive heating element bypassing the control of the thermostat associated with the upper and lower resistive heating element to maintain the lower resistive heating element active during a predetermined sanitizing time period whereby the temperature in the lower portion of the tank is maintained at a predetermined temperature sufficient to kill bacteria. The controller is programmed to override a load shedding function during the predetermined sanitizing time operiod.

A gas hot water heating device and a system with heating function are disclosed. The device includes a combustion device (1), an inlet (E) and an outlet (G) of a hot water pipeline (2), an inlet (I) and an outlet (H) of a heating loop (3), and a water tank (4). The device also includes a first heat exchanger (5), a second heat exchanger (6) and a third heat exchanger (7). A flue gas outlet (1-2) of the combustion device (1) is connected with flue gas passages of the first heat exchanger (5) and the second heat exchanger (6) in order and in series. A first water flow passage (5-1) and a second water flow passage (5-2) are arranged in the first heat exchanger (5), and the water tank (4) and the first water flow passage (5-1) of the first heat exchanger (5) are communicated between the inlet (E) and the outlet (G) of the hot water pipeline (2) in series. The second heat exchanger (6) and the third heat exchanger (7) can exchange heat with water in the water tank (4).
