REVERSIBLE TOY
In one embodiment, a reversible toy includes a body with a first body portion having a first surface and a second body portion having a second surface, the second portion being coupled to the first portion. The first portion and the second portion together define a globoid shape, with a sealed cavity therebetween, and an interior cavity within the body. The cavity contains a stuffing separate from the portions, separates the portions, and defines the globoid shape. The body is reversible between a first and second position to alternatingly present one of the first surface or second surface defining an exterior of the body. The other of the first and second surface is alternatingly storable in the interior cavity and the first and second body portions and the stuffing collapse into the interior cavity through an opening when the body is moved between the first position and the second position.
INTERACTIVE TOY
The present disclosure generally relates to an interactive toy that includes an eye, a sensor and a controller. In some implementation examples, the sensor generates an electrical signal in response to a contact applied on the sensor by a user. In response to receiving the electrical signal generated by the sensor, the controller causes the eye open to a certain degree.
Jawbone doll system
A doll is in a configuration to simulate a pet. The doll has a mouth with an opening with upper, lower, front and side edges. The upper and lower edges are in a U-shaped configuration. A clasp has an upper component with upper teeth and a lower component with lower teeth. A clasp has upper and lower handles. The upper handle is formed as an extension of the upper component and the lower handle formed as an extension of the lower component. The handles are located in the doll and diverge to form an angle. The upper and lower components are essentially parallel while the system is at rest with the upper and lower teeth in contact. The clasp has a hinge. The hinge pivotally couples the upper and lower components. Coil springs urge the handles away from each other while urging the components and teeth toward each other.

System and method of providing posable feature controls in a toy
A toy head assembly with facial features that can be adjusted by touching the facial features with enough force to alter their shape and/or position. Within the toy head assembly is a head base that is surrounded, in part, by a face that is made of an elastomeric material. Facial features on the face are supported, in part, by posable elements that lay under the elastomeric material of the face. Each posable element extends from the interior head base at a different ball and socket joint. Each posable element also has a post that extends from the ball and socket joint. The post contacts the interior surface of the face, wherein movement of a post alters a point of contact between the post and the face within the contact area. Changes in the point of contact cause changes in the contours of the face. This alters the facial features.
Toy Figurine and Packaging
A toy figurine and/or toy figurine packaging is coated with a dissolvable layer. When the toy figurine is coated, the toy figurine is entirely coated so that its overall appearance, including its skin complexion and/or facial features, is substantially hidden or obscured. Then, when the figurine is submerged in a fluid, the dissolvable layer dissolves to reveal the figurine's appearance that had been hidden underneath the dissolvable layer. When the toy figurine packaging is coated, the toy figurine packaging hides the identity of a toy figurine enclosed therein until fluid is introduced to the packaging.
Apparatus and method for generating an appearance of animation
In an aspect, an apparatus and method are provided for creating an illusion of animation of a subject shape. The apparatus includes a screen, an intermediate body, a plurality of lights, and a controller in electronic communication with the plurality of lights. The controller is operable to turn the plurality of lights on and off in at least one of: a selected order, a combination, and a simultaneous operation of all of the lights. The intermediate body and the plurality of lights are positioned relative to said screen such that the intermediate body is positioned between the screen and the plurality of lights and such that said plurality of lights are operable to project a plurality of unique outlines of at least portions of the intermediate body onto the screen to generate an illusion of animation of the subject shape.
INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND PROGRAM
There is provided an information processing apparatus and an information processing method that can provide more useful information for an action plan of an autonomous mobile body, the information processing apparatus including an action recommendation unit configured to present a recommended action recommended to an autonomous mobile body, to the autonomous mobile body that performs an action plan based on situation estimation. The action recommendation unit determines the recommended action on the basis of an action history collected from a plurality of the autonomous mobile bodies, and on the basis of a situation summary received from a target autonomous mobile body that is a target of recommendation. The information processing method includes presenting, by a processor, a recommended action recommended to an autonomous mobile body, to the autonomous mobile body that performs an action plan based on situation estimation.
HANDHELD ITEM FOR FIGURE
A handheld item for a figure includes: an opening portion; a step portion formed in a step shape from a part of an inner wall within the opening portion; a recess portion provided on an inner side of the step portion within the opening portion, the recess portion being configured to allow at least a part of a hand of the figure to be inserted into the recess portion; and a pair of bulging portions bulging inward from a pair of opposing inner walls defining the recess portion. An opening end of the recess portion is formed in a substantially regular hexagonal shape in a plan view of the opening portion.
