REVERSIBLE TOY
The present disclosure includes embodiments directed to a reversible toy. The reversible toy may include a body including opposing first and second surfaces, the body reversible between first and second positions to alternatingly present the first and second surfaces as an outer body surface defining an exterior of the body. The other of the first and second surfaces may alternatingly define a stored body surface defining an interior cavity within the body. The reversible toy may include an opening to the interior cavity and having a diameter. At least portions of the body may collapse through the opening when the body is moved between the first and second positions. A retainer may define the diameter of the opening. The diameter of the opening may be smaller than a maximum diameter of the body to retain a shape of the body as the body switches between the first and second positions.
Transformable toy
A toy includes a body, a head coupled to the body and having a face surface, and a flap coupled to the head. The flap is movable relative to the face surface between a first position in which a first face is exposed to view on the face surface, and a second position in which a second face, at least partially different from the first face, is exposed to view on the face surface.
REVERSIBLE TOY WITH COUPLING APPENDAGES
A kit of reversible toys includes a first reversible toy and a second reversible toy, each configured to reverse between a first configuration and a second configuration. The first reversible toy and the second reversible toy each include a coupling appendage. The coupling appendage of the first reversible toy and the coupling appendage of the second reversible toy are configured to couple together with the first reversible toy in the first configuration and the second reversible toy in the first configuration such that the first reversible toy and the second reversible toy are coupled together. The first reversible toy and the second reversible toy are prevented from coupling together with at least one of the first reversible toy in the second configuration or the second reversible in the second configuration.
Manipulable multi-piece toy
A manipulable multi-piece toy having a spherical body that is removably captured between a base and an attachment member is provided. The base and the attachment member are configured to have portions of a coupling element associated therewith. The base also has a depression with curvature for receiving and securely retaining a first portion of the spherical body in its assembled configuration. In some configurations, the depression comprises a seat with geometry that mates with geometry of the spherical body. By one approach, the base includes a vehicular or figure body. In another aspect, the attachment member includes, for example, a helmet, a hat, a headdress, hair, horns, ears, and/or a mask.
VISUALLY DISTINGUISHABLE ROBOTS AND METHODS TO MANUFACTURE THE SAME
Visually distinguishable robots and methods to manufacture the same are disclosed. An example kit for constructing a robot includes a first component for a framework of the robot, a second component for the framework, and a connector to secure the first and second components in a spatial relationship of a plurality of possible spatial relationships. The spatial relationship is to cause the robot to have a humanly perceptible identity.
Transformable toy with reversible head and integrated book
A toy includes a body having a first side representative of a first body appearance, and a second side opposite the first side and representative of a second body appearance different from the first body appearance. The toy also includes a head coupled to the body, the head being reversible between a first face and a second face, the first face corresponding to the first body appearance and the second face corresponding to the second body appearance. When the first face of the head is exposed to view, the second face of the head is concealed from view inside the head, and when the second face of the head is exposed to view, the first face of the head is concealed from view inside the head. The toy further includes a book coupled to the second side of the body.
Mechanical apparatus for controlling a puppet and method of using the same
An apparatus for the use of controlling a puppet to obtain a desired position or display, with a mounting plate defining at least one aperture; at least one rod having a first and second end; a ball brace configured to engage a ball and the rod, engaging the rod between the first and second end; wherein the ball brace may be locked and unlocked; wherein the rod further comprises a coating on the second end to engage with the inside of a puppet; and wherein the rod, when engaged with the inside of the puppet, moves the inside of the puppet when moved.
Interactive doll
An interactive doll including a doll assembly and an electrical assembly. The doll assembly further includes an interactive doll in the shape of a human figure, the interactive doll has touch sensitive zones that permit a user to perform predetermined actions when those zones are touched. The electrical assembly includes sensors, a speaker and a microprocessor. The sensors are located inside predetermined locations of the interactive doll, each of the sensors send an input signal to the microprocessor. Depending on the signal that the input signals, the microprocessor activates predetermined actions such as conveying predetermined audible messages, wherein the audible messages can be conveyed in different languages. The interactive doll is perfect for kids with autism as it helps them to develop social skills and motor skills.
TOY WITH MULTIPLE FACE EXPRESSIONS
The present application relates to a device for displaying a panel having an outer structure having a display opening; an inner member rotatably mounted within the outer structure; and a plurality of panels rotatably mounted to the inner member, each of the plurality of panels including a first side and an opposite second side. The inner member is rotatable about a first axis with respect to the outer structure to move one of the plurality of panels into registry with the display opening; and each of the plurality of panels is rotatable about a second axis with respect to the inner member to display the first side or the second side through the display opening in the outer structure.
Projection device for projecting images on a surface of the device
A projection device for projecting images on a surface of the device includes an outer housing having a front translucent screen, a projection module frame mounted on an inner surface of the outer housing, and a projection roller frame supported by the projection module frame. The projection roller frame includes first and second spaced apart rollers rotatable respectively on two opposite cylindrical ends integrally formed on a lampshade. A cylindrical projection film is held between the first and second rollers. A light source is mounted inside the lampshade so that an image formed on the projection film can be projected on the front translucent screen by the light source. The device further includes a gear mechanism for driving the rollers, a position-limiting mechanism, and a speaker.
